Been here plenty of times and always get the Penne Typical w grilled chicken. Can't go wrong w that meal. Ended up getting the bucket which came w a nice portion of bread (used to soak up that delicious sauce).Service was fast and food came out hot. Only reason I have Service 4 starts instead of 5 was due to that fact that I couldn't hear the person taking my order. Had to lean over the counter and put my ear directly in front of here face and still had a tough time hearing.Other than that simple little issue this place was and will always be the bomb!(Just a heads up, it is take-out only) but who cares. As long as I can get that Penne Typical in my mouth I don't care.Parking: Limited parking and a tight parking lot. But u can find parking across the street or building directly behind the lot.

Going to a take out only was one of the best things they ha e done. It was always hard to get a table to eat in.Even being tale out the food is still fabulous. It packaging allows ot to still be hot when I got it home (20 min drive) and it isn't over ooked either.My favorite is the penne typical..Yum

breaded penne typical bucket, stuffed garlic bread and lazy cannoli were so good!I got to tell my poop story about when me and my little brother fist-fought for the first time after he didn’t flush over this meal, everyone loved the food and the laughs!
Great place for takeout! The portions are huge and the pasta is amazing, try the penne typical its the best pasta around!

Had a gift certificate from June 2020 that they refused to honor, it hasn't even been 3 years! Then on top of getting basically robbed, the white wine sauce wasn't reduced properly and my dish was just pasta swimming in a puddle of white wine, tasted like pasta with just wine on it. Poor

You refused to honor a gift certificate recently. It has a 2025 expiration date. Your 'excuse' was that you've moved!! You are still under the same name, and management. You need to know the law in Mass. gift certificates. "Under Massachusetts law, a gift certificate or a merchant credit slip (given for returned merchandise) must be redeemable for a minimum of seven years from its date of issuance (M.G.L. c. 93, s. 14S)." I will not patronize your establishment again and will let my friends know about your greedy policy.

It's LOUD in here, front desk staff are too busy on the phone taking orders to wait on people coming in to pick up their orders. Bucket of Pastas are a great deal for the $ but the last time I ordered I was greatly disappointed. Portion of food was terrible, I have maybe 10 noodles with my chicken franchaise for$22. 2 Egg Rolls for $13 is terrible. Not to mention my sick belly minutes after eating this. Parking is terrible, they should consider making this a drive thru experience, and opt buying a window

Catered a party for 40 people. The food was the star of the event! Nick and his team are awesome!
Same Typical food I remember from the Springfield location, now in EL as take-out only location. Portions were very generous. Chicken Parm and Penne Typical portions are big enough to split. The Steak and Cheese Egg Roll app special was a really good. Don't forget to order the cheesy garlic bread.

Friends of ours recently had a baby and we were going to visit them and bring dinner and they requested Typical Sicilian, which I have always wanted to try (they are takeout only) and what an unbelievable first experience! Ordering over the phone was easy, efficient, pleasant, and most importantly, accurate. We ordered a lot of food and absolutely everything we had was packed perfectly, nicely portioned, and we were thrilled with everything we had. We ordered arancini (huge!), caprese salad with a side of breaded chicken (beautiful quality and presentation), two buckets of their namesake Typical pasta with chicken (I cannot stress enough how awesome this was! Amazing flavor and portion is well worth it!) and chicken milanese. The bucket also came with a full loaf of Italian bread! I wish I took pictures but this just makes me want to get takeout again soon! Don't hesitate to order and have a nice night in!

While the pepperoni pizza I got last night was okay the vendor refused to make it the way I wanted it with double pepperoni and double sauce indicating they don't modify their pizza. This vendor is one that people with an average palate push to the moon, but all of their offerings are about a 6-7.5 on the taste scale and their service is incredibly slow. This vendor is only worth a visit once or twice a year until both their speed, service, and quality improves.
