The waitress was nice, but we waited long time to be seated the French onion soup tasted like it was microwaved & the steak cheese for my hubby barely had any cheese on it just was awful. What a big let down hopefully things change in future

Long time in lobby and the host finally came and told 20 people to go home since they only have one waitress and they can only do one table at a time. Host was rude too!

Pizza just not cooked right. I should have sent it back. Oh well. Lunch special good value.

The bartenders were very nice. I got an espresso martini and it was perfect. We got a pizza with gorgonzala and hot honey and it was so good. I ate the leftovers cold in my hotel later that night and it still didn't disappoint!

Great location next to a very kool truckstop. Everything was great, food was perfect, wait staff was fun. Bread pudding bites were the best dessert on planet Earth!!!

Place is probably amazing but they are so short-staffed they cannot take care of customers in a timely manner. This is a management issue not a server issue obviously. It may be amazing but we'll never know because we never got service.

We had a great time at Uno. The food and service were good. It was a nice family dinner.

We attempted to have dinner at Uno but were told there was no availability. At the same time, the restaurant was half empty and OpenTable showed available reservations. This was frustrating and did not reflect well on how customers are treated.

Atmosphere is a 4 because it was cold i. The restaurant and drafty.
Food was hot and yummy. Got the broccoli and cheese soup. Then the chicken parmesan and pasta. These are lunch portions and large for the money. We'll worth the visit.
Loved the waitress, she's great.
Had an enjoyable visit.

The mozzarella sticks were warm and the cheese was not melted, my honey mustard chicken wrap had barely any honey mustard sauce on it and it was mostly plain. I took a bite of my Cole slaw and it was soggy and tasted really bad, borderline if it went bad and I had to spit it into a napkin. My son’s pizza was ok and I was not impressed and we were there for his birthday and drove a good 45 minutes to eat here. It was not busy and we were seated quickly and got our food in a times manner. Our waitress was understanding about it. Overall, disappointed as it was for my son’s birthday and drove a ways to make it special for him and the food was disappointing.
