I was there today at 12 pm I got lunch a simple salad I found a little stone, take sooooo long to serve the utensils was not really clean the table was sticky the people was nice but at this point I’m feeling so bad I’m throwing up chilling and headache definitely I’ll never come back

I told Alex the manager my food had hair in it and he didn’t believe me and gave me a whole speech about why not. Very disappointed in UNOs 😢

The food deep dish pizza was terrible. They did not charge me for it. They offered another pizza Thin crust & undercooked, The waiter was great. The atmosphere was wonderful and the entertainment was awesome. They need to do a lot with their food.. if I ever return again, I will bring my own lunch.

We tried to end our summer with some live music. This has been the second time we tried this restaurant and have had a similar experience which was not very good. We arrived at 5:20 and were told we would have a 30 minute wait. At 7:10 we left the bar after a very disappointing night without dinner. They are obviously short staffed in all areas of running the restaurant. I’ll never go back. One star is overrated. Choose elsewhere.

8/30/25 Uno's consistently gets the 5 stars. They were under staffed and still we were seated in a quick manner. Staff was cool calm and collevtive. Got free cheesy bread on another great Uno's deal. Sign up for the app. 2 individual size pizzas ,4 drinks ,two appetizers $70. Will chose them anytime I am in area over any fast food restaurant.

7/19/25 Back again...Stephanie and our hostess rocked. Signed up for the App got a free individual pizza with purchase (a drink). My partner got a buy one get one free pizza as well. 5 stars well deserved.

Uno's Pizza is fabulous. Buy one get one deal got us to go in but the quality of the pizza had us blown away. My thin crust pepperoni was on par if not better than most non chain pizzerias. Wow! Staff was friendly V was a top notch server she refilled waters without interrupting and was informed on promotions. The out door seating was clean and had a great view of the basket ball hall of fame. Big recommendation super impressed.

I went with the wife on a Friday night 25 minutes before closing, due to a mixup. I avoid doing this since I worked in food service & know how frustrating this can be. Regardless, I was served punctually with a smile by our server, Joe. We ordered the calamari starter and 2 burgers. It was too late for pizza & I didn't want heartburn. The burgers were cooked to order and tasted like a backyard BBQ style. Bread was soft and not mealy, toppings were fresh and condiments were even. No excess mayo or ketchup. The calamari was good, though a bit overcooked and not particularly flavorful on its own, but the accompanying tomato sauce was zesty & paired well. I really enjoyed it and look forward to ordering one of their famous pizzas next time. The only real complaint was that booth seats were stiff as hell.

This place is a joke. We came off the highway for lunch and they wouldn’t seat us in an empty restaurant because they were short staffed. Literally 10% of the tables were occupied. Pathetic. This is after waiting for 10 min just to see a hostess.

My family and I have made the drive from Connecticut to Uno Pizzeria & Grill numerous times over the years, as we've always enjoyed their iconic deep-dish pizza. On our most recent visit, we were excited to see the revamped menu, filled with a variety of new offerings, but I must admit I was taken aback by how different the experience felt. Unfortunately, I paid for that initial enthusiasm later when I realized the deep-dish pizza was not quite what we remembered. My two daughters expressed their disappointment, noting that the flavors and quality seemed to have changed significantly since our last visit. It seems that many things have shifted at this establishment over the years. Despite this, I plan to visit Uno Pizzeria infrequently.

Erica was excellent. Great experience except for the matre d'. She never spoke us, used a hand gesture signaling for us to follow her. As we were leaving, she was on her phone and never acknowledged us leaving.
