Sticky floors, bar not sanitary/smelly, personal deep dish pizza barely passed as regular pizza, Gentle bartender nice guy but poor reaction to the imposter deep dish pizza being called out. It's the worst UNO Pizzeria I've ever been in. I was very surprised by the environment. Maybe the locations in pennsylvania are under better management

Food and drinks were great! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. We love coming here!!!!

Im not sure what went wrong but this place food is different now. The band was amazing. However had a hot steak 🥗 salad which came out cold like from the refrigerator. And the waiter straight up said he watched them cook the meat..very disappointed.. and of all days on my birthday..

Servant was very kind and checked up on us a couple of time to make sure we were all set, food was amazing it was very clean and didn’t wait long to get our food.

My experience here tonight was 10 out of 10!!!! Our waitress Lindsey was AMAZING!!!! 5 star waitress, very attentive, friendly and knew the menu and was able to help us make delicious decisions for dinner!!! The food come out in a reasonable amount of time, was hot and super delicious!!!! the restaurant was clean and comfortable!! I'd highly recommend this uno's location. Ask for Lindsey, she truly made my family's experience wonderful!!!

The food was delicious and no waiting time. The waiter was nice, attentive and friendly. She made the experience exceptional. We have not been in a UNO restaurant in over 20 years.

I order takeout about once a week or every 2 weeks - food is always great. Sometime I am missing extra portions but mistakes happen. Usually it is handled by management professionally. There is one front of house employee that leaves a bad impression on me everytime. Her name is Lillian. She truly is the dark cloud what is otherwise my favorite restaurant. You can usually find her at the front desk bossing her coworkers around in disrespectful manners - in addition to openly complaining about having to work throughout our whole interaction. Bless anyone who has to work with this person.

For a chain restaurant, it was great! The place was very clean, and the new girl training tonight and our server provided great service. Everything came out quick amd hot. The only issue was the bathroom, and as soon as something was mentioned, there was a person in there within 5 minutes to clean it.

The girl working the front with dodo blonde hair, gave my PICKUP order out to Grubhub worker and tried to argue with me that it’s was a dasher pickup when my order clearly says pickup BY ME never again the manger was laughing in my face. The lil girl looked like a tomato cause she knew she was wrong. Very professional lol. Work on not giving out wrong orders and then being rude about it 🤣

Lexi was fantastic and made me feel like I was eating with my family. I travel for my job and have had my share of not so great dinners. This was a really great experience. I got the goat cheese and berry salad. Properly dressed with fresh blueberries and strawberries and crunchy walnuts. The goat cheese was ample but not overwhelming. I got the chicken blt minus the avocado and the chicken was moist with fresh lettuce and tomato. I only ate about a 1/4 of my fries which were crispy and crunchy. Just too many for me. If you order them, share them with someone in your dinner party as there are more than enough for a few people. Lexi 10 stars and the HOF Uno’s a very strong 8 for food, cleanliness and ambiance. Stop by for a great meal and ask for Lexi! ✌️ John
