NEVER AGAIN!! If you have the opportunity to go somewhere else DO IT!!! 12/6/25 at 8pm 10 min waiting in the drive thru nobody took my order. I passed by the window and saw 5 people just talking and laughing.
I placed a breakfast order about 5 mins before coming. And I put it for drive thru but they made me come inside to get the order instead. Ridiculous. And they gave me the bag almost immediately after walking inside so why did I need to get out my car to pick up an order that was for drive thru? Explain that to me.
5 people working no customers inside are doing 1 order at a time, they wont take your order in the drive thru until the person in front of you gets there food. Then after waiting 10 minutes they wouldn't sell me a ranch sauce in the drive thur I had to go inside. Never in my life..
Horrible service
Food was cold, bacon was hard like old, fries were hard, handed me a frosty with cap falling off. Luke warm soda with a few pieces of ice in it, chicken nuggets was hard, meat from sandwhich smelled weird. Fries are old. Just disappointing. Will never come at this time again. What's worse is I'm pregnant. So when you crave something an can't even eat it is upsetting

The drive thru takes ssoooooooooo llloooonnnggggggggggggggggg. You wait in a long line, to wait longer, to wait right when u pull up. Lol what y’all doing in there 🤣
Gentlemen at window was nice, professional. The Baconator was disgusting, 🍟 cold! I don't recommend this location!

My husband and I made a mobile carry out order and they locked their lobby at 8pm..They take forever in drive through like no one wants to work anymore

They should close this place down they're the worst, they close the doors by 8 pm to force you to go through the drive-thru and then to take long serving one car at a time, and employee's attitude is the worst like they don't want to be there
Mobile Ordered breakfast 15 minutes before it ended..... Was told they had already taken evening down for breakfast and set up lunch and now has to take everything apart and re-setup entirely for breakfast and my order was going to take. 20 minutes....... The employee at the drive through was noticably annoyed by me and made no attempt to hide it....o told her if she's so upset and it's going to take so long I'll cancel the order..... The app wouldn't allow me to.... So now I'm going to be sitting here waiting while they do God knows what to my food because they're having a hissy fit over my order..... Place is always a hassle. Go anywhere else... Update. Was called by the restaurant and informed that said employee ( who was a manager 🤦) got canned first thing the following morning... Finally some accountability. Maybe I'll be back Wendy's!

$4-$5 for a baked potato is crazy. This Wendys is super expensive. I'm gonna go next door instead
Messy conditions slow service at the front desk and seen to be prioritizing the drive thru more than anything else and if they are at the front console they'd be facing the wall organizing and prepping drivers orders 😤
