Fries were very very salty… Bacon fries were salty… Gave me a no cup tray after asking for a cup tray… I also asked for Sweet and sour sauce and they gave me BBQ never again Wendy’s this is your first time and last time
The worst. The girl at the drive thru with a bad attitude... burned fries, burned nuggets, kids meal with the toy. She didn't like that I asked for napkins and straws. I returned to ask for fresh food, cause it taste like from the day before.. but she said that there's no change so my kids were supposed to eat the nasty food.
All these reviews talk about the bad service.. I wish I read this before.

I had absolutely the WORST experience here on 2/14/25 at 11:36pm. I ordered online and when my boyfriend picked it up they gave him some random doordash order. When he realized it and turned around to take the wrong food back. They took back the wrong food and told my boyfriend that we couldn't have our order or the money back. He had to refuse to leave the drive thru to get our food, after she yelled at him and gave him attitude and the other worker was also rude to him. They GRABBED AND TOOK HIS PHONE around the store to see what we ordered. When we got it my baked potato was completely hard, uncooked and inedible tasting even after i tried to heat it myself at home. I will never ever be back here if this is your night crew. When i tried to complain directly through the app the link never loads.

This location along with a few others closed a few years back. It’s should’ve stayed closed. The service and food quality at this location (even by fast food standards) is terrible.

These workers have no idea what bacon looks like. I don't usually go here but I have twice in the last month. Each time I ordered a Baconator at the drive through. When I finally unwrap my sandwich I see just lettuce, pickles and NO bacon. Has anyone else had this kind troubles here?

This is by far one of the WORST Wendy’s I’ve been through. They have a bunch of kids working late night and they can’t get anything right! I have been like 4 times late night and EVERY TIME it’s ALWAYS something WRONG with my order…this time the fries were cold and stale…I asked for no salt fries so they should have been hot & fresh…NOPE(plus they had salt)…the burgers didn’t come with bacon even though I paid for it…the chicken sandwich was like biting into a stack of rubber bands….the girl in the drive thru was rolling her eyes because I asked for a drink carrier and my receipt. I will be going back during the day to get my refund!

How is there 8 people working and my food taking more than 20 minutes to be served. Then my food had to be remade 2 times because they in the back playing letting the food get cold.

The worst place ever ,
They put mayo on my Cinnabon instead of the sugar icing. I'm not joking it is insane they did that. I ordered through doordash and they put mayo on my Cinnabon delights. That's messed up to do that. I work in Food service and I wouldn't mess up someone's order like that. That's disgusting. I dont know how to add the picture to this.

Oh my god. I have never had a customer service experience like this in my life. I work in customer service and I would never treat a customer like how me and my friends were treated tonight. We made mobile orders at around 7:40 pm. We drove to the Wendy’s and went to the drive thru since it was an option for pick up on the app. They told us at the drive thru that since we had more than 2 orders that we needed to go inside. We went inside and stood at the counter for over 15 minutes while the employees just sat behind the counter talking to each other. After we waited 15 minutes we said something to one of the employees and they said they didn’t have our orders. We did not receive our food until 8:50 pm. There were several times where different employees would go and sit in the dining area eating food while there was a line of 10+ customers that also still hadn’t gotten their food yet. I will NEVER be coming to this Wendy’s again. This Wendy’s needs to be shut down permanently or they need to get better employees, whatever comes first.
