Can you please lmk why in the world you would give me 2 spicy chicken sandwiches when when I asked for the original? Now I'm sitting home with 2 sandwiches and hungry!!! Not even the dogs can eat that. Just thanks for the waste of money and effort. Been here a couple times but not anymore. I'm just tired of incompetence.

I live right around the corner and would rather drive all the way to Chicopee or even Amherst sometimes then to come here food nasty they never get the order right it’s an nomad absolutely no accountability what so ever! Food just nasty

service from 757 Boston Rd Wendy's , I have complained several times let's see what the Owner does about it or are they complicit in this action. Then we go to mayors office and BBB and then see what's what. Racism will not be tolerated!

The food is pretty much always made well, including having crispy COOKED bacon instead of that undercooked floppy nearly raw bacon that others send out the door. And my burgers are always hot and fresh. The service leaves a lot to be desired tho... sometimes they are downright rude, other times they dont understand ANYTHING i say including the word no. I literally waited a few days ago in the drive thru for over 15 minutes and it was only me and 1 car in front of me.

Worst experience today so long of wait drive thru full inside a couple of people waited for almost an hour inside
employee not working another employee feeding his family for free while on the clock, employees leaving their work area just to talk you guys need new employees I recommend better people

Worst experience again ...manager and co workers the Spanish ones just yapping their guns out talking about their girl problems and the cashier up front only one working ..then they wonder why the lobby is literally empty ...food was cold too ... Sloppy . They need a new manager or something because that's not acceptable

Typical, good & fresh, Wendy's food. Staff is very nice but routinely seem too busy to notice the customers coming in the door or waiting by the counter this service seems slower than other locations... I'll be back tho ?

I always order on app and 90% of time its ready at the counter. If you go during a lunch or dinner rush the drive thru can have a long line but thats expected with fast food.
