Stopped in for my bachelor party weekend, food we got was really tasty, tried a bunch of options. Weird there isn't a waitress so you have to go get your drinks which was fine. Beers were good as well. Was kind of dead in there for a saturday afternoon. Would try again.
Pretty good food, if you're willing to wait. We were almost done with our beer by the time the food came out and the place was pretty empty on a Saturday afternoon. We tried two different poboy specials, and their ribs. Fish poboy was the best, then the shrimp, ribs were ok, but on the dry side. Beer was disappointing, and not cheap either. It wasn't bad, we shared two flights, eight different brews, but only two of the light beers were decent. We didn't care for...
We had a large party at this restaurant, and unfortunately, our waiter seemed unprepared. I had to write down our entire order and give it to him so he could input it. We waited a long time for both food and drinks, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. I felt like I should’ve received the tip for writing down our order, as that isn’t my job. I think the staff were overwhelmed and stressed, but it might help if they considered hiring extra support on Saturday nights....
