Was picking up a to-go order, on SuperBowl Sunday at 4ish. I was beyond pleasantly surprised by how organized and efficient the store and staff were; as well as friendly! The organizational system Was clutch, especially when I kind of expected a long wait, and chaos. Hats off to all of the staff working, the cooks, and the management. You’ll def be getting my continued business!

One of the best experiences in a long time at any restaurant. I called in my order on 1/29 @ 4:45 pm and was greeted by a very friendly and efficient staff member. She was very thorough with my order and mentioned other meals and condiments Wings Over offered. If I had owned a restaurant I would have recruited her in a heartbeat. Thank you for making my dining experience an enjoyable one. The food was amazing 🤩 too!

I don’t go to Wings Over Springfield often however this most recent time my experience was great. Ordering online is convenient, being able to pre-order and choose the time of pickup is great. I arrived at Wings at the time chosen and my order was being handed out from the kitchen to the register area to be bagged and handed off to me - perfect timing. In my online order I had asked for the wings to be well done and they came out perfectly to my liking. The wings were delicious and a bit crispy. I like the garlic parmigiana very much. A perfect snack or meal that makes watching football the best. I recommend Wings Over Springfield to everyone that likes wings.

Place is so popular , obviously one of the Best wings and tenders spots in Springfield, so it's often backed up with orders, although the cooks definitely put out the orders like crazy, they often have wait times on their orders, and door dashing there, weekend nights, can be darn near crazy ness, expect to be late delivering your order...

this place has been here for a long time for a reason. Great food never been disappointed
Good wings, better than most. They a unfortunately took away a lot of the sauces that made them famous and popular. Still good wings and chicken tenders though. They also listened to their customers and brought back the crinkle cut fries and got rid of those idiot waffle fries. The dining room a has 2 large tv's and even though it is busy most of the time, there is no issues with finding a seat. Both of the soda fountain machines are out of order though which is disappointing.
