The app is always inaccurate. They have never had my order ready when the online order says. It is always 30mins off which is a real inconvenience. I do not want my order waiting around if they happen to have it ready so I pick it up when the app says it will be ready. They need to fix this.
The staff is great but come on people nobody wants to wait 30 mins in the store for pick up when it says it will be ready. That just sucks.

The girl working at cashier was so rude and had disrespectful attitude. I was there to pick up my order and waited for a while. My order was also ready on the shelf just behind of her. I asked kindly to pick up my ordered and said it was on the shelf but she didn’t care about me so I asked again but she suddenly started to shout to me and she said “ don’t come back here again “ I was shocked how a person works in a restaurant can do these kind of things to the customer. Please take care of that rude person. Thanks ( it happened yesterday evening)
