Called in and ordered and wanted to pick up the order we get there the order was never placed due to the fact I wanted to pay in cash then to place the order I would have to wait even longer ? not good service this store is never busy with people in the restaurant and it kid there I'm not giving my card over the phone to a kid when I'm going there to pick it up this won't last long they already changed the name of the restaurant.My food was very good I got chicken at Big Y across the street and saved money it was cheaper ?

I love coming Into the store and seeing your employee named Trinity’s face! She is just a great worker and I would say this place runs way much better with her working. It’s such a great environment and she is very friendly and always puts the customers first.

Accidentally hit pick up instead of delivery no biggie my mistake. Pick up time was 9:46pm (got here 9:30 intending to wait) .... 10:15 and it's still "just a couple of minutes".Delivery is always amazing pick up....not so much.

Contracted severe food posining on the food from Wings Over Springfield manager said food grows bacteria as soon as it leaves the food was hot when I consumed it the answer was a unacceptable respose

Stopped in on my half hr lunch recently and ordered a chicken sandwich, but NEVER received what I paid for because it took longer than 25 minutes to make a sandwich apparently so I ended up walking out because my lunch time was over!? terrible management if that is how your business is run!!!
