The worst the wait is long and the food comes out cold and the staff are rude, I would recommend this place. French fries were cold and soggy disgusting

Didn't actually arrive until 12:28am. The restaurant is only 5 minutes away at this time of night.

Ordered online at 15:40 , was told it would be 14-19 minutes . Waited in the store until 16:10 . 30 minutes total . Asked the young lady who , after giving me my order 10 minutes after advised time of being finished , not apologizing for the inconvenience , was bringing the orders from the kitchen to the front of the store if I can get an extra blue cheese at no charge for the inconvenience . She said ‘I can’t do that - I’d have to charge you for it.’ Mind you , on the screen that shows all of the orders , all of them were late with a queue waiting at the front of the store . Regardless if it’s staffing issues , mis-management , if you’re going to charge people an arm and a leg and be below par in multiple caterogies , it’s your responsibility to make it up to the people keeping your lights on . Instead , they continue with this behavior , and wonder why they have a 2.7 star rating at this location , not to mention the terribly-rated local store in Chicopee . Be better .

By far the worst fast food restaurant i have ever been to. Every single time I come here the staff is rude. And the food takes an extra 40 minutes past the time the app says it will be done. I keep giving them another chance because I enjoy the food but I will never come here again you have lost my business for the rest of my time on this earth. Your location should be closed and never reopen.

This new location is nice and convenient. The service is typically pretty fast. Only issue is that the quality of the classic wings seems to be going down. I’ve noticed that the is a significant amount of fat in the chicken probably due to their supplier using steroids on the chickens. Unfortunately that’s not only a wing stop thing but a wide spread thing around the US. On the other hand, my order had been right every time and they give lots of seasoning. I like that

Absolutely horrible walking as a paying customer and the employees just look at you from the back and nobody comes to help you so I took my business elsewhere very disappointed for a new business on Boston road

I have eaten at other Wingstop and tonight was my first time eating from the one here in Springfield. Very disappointed! The fries was not fresh it was Saggy and very, very salty. The wings, which I had Cajun was not done properly. I think they use hot sauce and sprinkle alot of the Cajun Seasoning on one side of the chicken. I think the people there need some training from corporate on how the food is supposed be made. Also the music in there was vey loud you have to shout to place your order.

First time that I order from this place and the last! Wings were horrible didn’t have any flavor at all. Fries were extremely disgusting, soggy, only tasted like oil, and super cold. I paid extra for a drink and I didn’t receive it. 0/10!! What a disappointment.

This was my first time eating here and got delivery. We tried a variety of different flavors. The flavors all around were spot on. However the wet flavors made the tenders pretty soggy even when we asked for well done. The fry seasoning was not my favorite as it was much sweeter than expected. Overall better than wings over springfield in my opinion so will order again when the craving hits.

SOMEONE FROM THE CORPORATE office needs to do a RANDOM visit to this store…. ASAP!!! Let me start with saying that you basically have to yell to speak to a worker because of how LOUD the music is. My husband had to step out because the music was so loud. These are KIDS!!!! They questioned my husband that gave my name and order number. They were acting like they didn’t receive the order. They wanted to see a DETAILED order receipt. Yet, doordash walked in and just provided a name. To top it off, my food was COLD from sitting there because they initially told him it was not ready then they wanted to questioned him like he was stealing some food. A Diet Coke and a regular coke was purchased along with a sprite. The sprite tasted like seltzer water and the lids for the other 2 were not marked so we were unable to know which one was which. Not like a mattered at that point as all of them were watery from the ice melting form sitting there.

I had to wait over 20 minutes for my food and it was only a three-piece tender combo and I didn’t get no ranch unbelievable.
