Just received my 10 piece lemon pepper and they are freezer burnt, smell weird, and are not even edible! So disappointed! This was my one treat of the week.

I ordered from this same location a few weeks ago and the wings were SO tasty! But this order was horrible on January 22nd. I need a new wing spot!

Never been the type of customer to wanna complain about a fast food place on the Internet, but the service here is just ridiculous. I wanted to place an order here over the phone because for some reason they don’t have the flavor that I like on their website or DoorDash So I give them a call they don’t answer me. I call back and at the end of everything I ended up calling them 15 times until they answered me after the sixth call they just started denying my calls and then they finally answered. I spoke to the manager, who told me his name was Chris and the only thing he told me was that it gets busy sometimes and sometimes they don’t hear the phone which is wild to say because they were actively denying all of my calls. No sorry or anything. Food here is always cold too. Absolute ly unacceptable customer service; coming from someone who’s worked in food for 4 years. Do better.

There’s no point in coming here. I only wanted to try it because of the commercials.The food is typical fast food level, but the service is absolutely terrible. The wait takes forever. There aren’t enough workers and they were slow and in disarray. The store was filled with people waiting for their order. Just go to Wings Over Springfield instead.

Ordered online at 15:40 , was told it would be 14-19 minutes . Waited in the store until 16:10 . 30 minutes total . Asked the young lady who , after giving me my order 10 minutes after advised time of being finished , not apologizing for the inconvenience , was bringing the orders from the kitchen to the front of the store if I can get an extra blue cheese at no charge for the inconvenience . She said ‘I can’t do that - I’d have to charge you for it.’ Mind you , on the screen that shows all of the orders , all of them were late with a queue waiting at the front of the store . Regardless if it’s staffing issues , mis-management , if you’re going to charge people an arm and a leg and be below par in multiple caterogies , it’s your responsibility to make it up to the people keeping your lights on . Instead , they continue with this behavior , and wonder why they have a 2.7 star rating at this location , not to mention the terribly-rated local store in Chicopee . Be better .
