Very disappointing I ordered on Uber eats not only did they call me and said they had only 1 of tmy 3 items she tried to convince me to double up on the 1 item I said no ty cancel the order she never did, she proceed to give her what I did not want and never canceled when I cancel now Uber eats charges my card very bad customer services

The service is pretty terrible. There’s no menu anymore, there’s pictures on site are quite misleading. The jerk chicken is not authentic, just regular roast chicken

Such a disappointment. I was hungry and had to eat something. But this in no means is a large order with an order of extra oxtails. And this is ALL cabbage. Where the veggies at? The raw peppers and shredded carrots??? Seriously. WTH. My money gone and I’m so unhappy and still hungry. Cabbage is Cole slaw. Yuck. Not impressed. And would like a refund. 10 oxtails ???? With only 2 larger ones and the rest were small. Wanted leftovers but nope. First impression…… not impressed and want a refund. Seriously. Cole slaw????? Cmon. Ja’ making me crazy. Costly mistake!!! With a good tip for the driver. Damn. Expensive mishap.

Food lacked flavor. I ordered the oxtail with rice and peas and vegetables. I got a whole lot of rice, about 1 table spoon of vegetables and about 5 small pieces of oxtail. I was very disappointed.

I ordered via Uber. They confirmed my order but when the driver arrived they notified the driver that they ran out of what I ordered. Had to cancel my order but didn’t get a full refund cause they purposefully waited for the driver to arrive. Ziggy should be responsible to pay for the drivers time not me.

The food is very good. I love their jerk chicken dinner that comes with a vegetable (cabbage) and a lot of rice with beans. There's a couple of booths to sit and eat there or to sit and wait for your order. It's pretty much a take out place and not a dine-in restaurant. There's nothing fancy about it, just good food and great people who work here.
Parking: You have to park up on the curb in front of the restaurant on Oakland Street or along the side of Orange Street.

So I went to both the locations. Great service. The Boston road didn't have rasta pasta. I went to the orange street location a month few weeks later again no rasta pasta. I guess I'll make it myself. So I ordered a jerk pork peas and rice..them give me jerk chicken peas and rice. I wasn't driving all the way back.People very kind and friendly. Atmosphere nice.
