Food lacked flavor. I ordered the oxtail with rice and peas and vegetables. I got a whole lot of rice, about 1 table spoon of vegetables and about 5 small pieces of oxtail. I was very disappointed.

I ordered via Uber. They confirmed my order but when the driver arrived they notified the driver that they ran out of what I ordered. Had to cancel my order but didn’t get a full refund cause they purposefully waited for the driver to arrive. Ziggy should be responsible to pay for the drivers time not me.

The food is very good. I love their jerk chicken dinner that comes with a vegetable (cabbage) and a lot of rice with beans. There's a couple of booths to sit and eat there or to sit and wait for your order. It's pretty much a take out place and not a dine-in restaurant. There's nothing fancy about it, just good food and great people who work here.Parking: You have to park up on the curb in front of the restaurant on Oakland Street or along the side of Orange Street.

So I went to both the locations. Great service. The Boston road didn't have rasta pasta. I went to the orange street location a month few weeks later again no rasta pasta. I guess I'll make it myself. So I ordered a jerk pork peas and rice..them give me jerk chicken peas and rice. I wasn't driving all the way back.People very kind and friendly. Atmosphere nice.

Do not order on door dash. They never send you what you ordered. They will substitute meat with coleslaw and rice. I will never order from here again!

I won't select a star because unfortunately my personal opinion is they don't deserve even 1. My husband was referred to Ziggy's for their so called BEST FISH N CHIPS in Springfield... ... THE FISH WAS SOOOOOOO SALTY WE COULD NOT EAT IT. I think it was Pollock or Cod but either way it was not edible and not worth the price.
Amazing! The first time I had j*** chicken. My first bite and my taste buds were dancing! The portions are huge, the prices were great. The woman giving my order was very pleasant and friendly. I had j*** chicken with rice, Rasta pasta, and sister in law had j*** pork. Everything was fire. I can't wait to try more menu items. Definitely going back an suggesting it to EVERYONE. Try this place. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. DELICIOUS ?!!!!!!

I tried the fried red snapper meal and it was super tasty with spicy pickled veggies and rice and peas . But beware- the fish has lots of bones so if you're not keen on removing it carefully so as not to choke then just order maybe the jerk chicken or pork which I'm sure will be a delight to one's taste buds. The rice was very flavorful and not dry . The price was inflation- appropriate.
