My nonno, Pellegrino, made the sausage there for decades. I used to visit him there on the weekends with my father--what a great memory. Looks like you continue to offer products that people love. Bravo!
Wondered by this place while working on a project in the area and stopped in for a quick bite. I had the lobster roll and it was phenomenal. Huge chunks of lobster on a delicious, fresh roll. There is an attached bakery where I had some of the best amaretto cookies I've ever tasted. I was o impressed I went back for 3 days and bought trays of cookies for all of my clients in the area. This is a must do if you are in the area.
This market came highly recommended to us by a local resident as a good place to get sandwiches to go. My husband and I had just arrived in town by train and needed to eat on the run en route to spending some time with a seriously ill friend. The menu showed off the Italian focus here with hot panini, cold panini and wraps. Antipasto and salads were also listed. We opted for two cold panini -- an Icaro and an Americano Italiano.
