Spent over $50. Specifically asked for a whopper jr meal, but I said the wrong combo #. I didn’t realize I did that at the time. Wouldn’t the worker ask which I wanted? The whopper jr combo or the combo # I mistakenly ordered! NOPE! Then I left, got home and realized it was the wrong order with Bacon, which I allergic to. I also spent more for the wrong combo #. Then I went back, saw the same worker and told her that it was the wrong order and I’m allergic to bacon and I asked for the whopper jr. she told me because I said the combo # that’s what she gave me. I said okay, but I also said I wanted a whopper jr. she made me pay for the whopper jr. Not to mention she was extremely rude the whole time. I will be contacting cooperate! Not acceptable!

Ridiculous! I went inside where one customer was waiting and another in drive thru. I stood there while she dragged her ass filling the orders and taking forever. On and on taking her swwwt time. The sandwiches were collecting in the bin ready to be bagged! Ten minutes still working on it and never took my order! There was a third lady there guess it was her break. Ridiculous to be that slow and lazy at lunch. How about hiring more than two people?? Got fed up and left

The bk worker drive thru in Stoughton was rude to me and my mother for no good Reason she was yelling and Very very very rude I told her to go bless herself Noone in the place and she was yelling do not go to them

Horrible, white girl at the window gave attitude because there was a miscommunication in ordering when I came back, then I had to comeback again when I made the order clear and she still got the order wrong

Sitting here mon April 14th, 6:54pm waiting to order, I noticed the female food prep employee sipping a burger King beverage several times with gloves on, pulling her phone out with same gloves, then proceeds to wait for next burger order so she can use the SAME gloves making your sandwich. I asked the manager to have the employee change gloves, and told her how she was using her phone and sipping on a drink with same gloves. I don't think phone use is allowed working armt food prep

None of the workers speak English whatsoever & they tried telling me that they didn’t carry the thing I tried ordering when it was clearly on the menu & I’ve got it from them several times. Never going there again. Too bad

The food and service were tasty good, better than some places,they were courteous, pleasant, clean,or neat rather.we enjoyed our visit, and return often.
I went there today heard a dog barking thought it was in the Drive-Thru turns out it was tied up in the dumpsters.. it was an employee's dog who had a vehicle and still chose to tie the dog up in 30° weather... When I asked the people inside she laughed it's my dog I do it all the time

No matter what it is impossible for them to comprehend ketchup only. Every single time I have come here my order has been wrong and the workers here are the rudest. They give you attitude when you ask them to correct their mistake. The boy with the long curly hair is especially nasty. Avoid this one as much as possible.

I have visit this location twice each time I feel like service by employees and their attitude are racist and just spy dissatisfying visit. The restaurant in my food was stoned inside my car because I ordered on the app not knowing that I could order my other meal, so I proceeded to the window and, apologize was told to go back around or they will call the police then my food was thrown in my car
