Well, I went to the Burger King on Washington Street in Stoughton. The service was excellent, but I realized the poor lady was working alone.

I have visit this location twice each time I feel like service by employees and their attitude are racist and just spy dissatisfying visit. The restaurant in my food was stoned inside my car because I ordered on the app not knowing that I could order my other meal, so I proceeded to the window and, apologize was told to go back around or they will call the police then my food was thrown in my car

They consistently forget items despite being asked to repeat yourself many times, it's very frustrating having to come back for items you paid for but didn't receive.

Manager was acting loud inside laughing with the staff. Got part of my order but not the rest. Sat there waiting. Cashier says "You're all set."and I replied "I never received the drink I ordered."

This place is terrible. You have to wait for a while at the drive-thru before someone takes your order. You can never understand or hear the drive-thru person. You need to repeat your order 3 or 4 times before the employee takes it. When you do get your order it is never correct. The manager is never there or just ignores the phone when you call. This place is the worst! Happens every time I go. It needs to close if they can’t hire competent people to work there.

I would have given this place 1-2 stars max. Due to couple of silly issues I encountered. Thanks to Elisabete, she made my experience better after having one of the worst experiences ever with one of here coworkers. She apologized and even offered my son a cute BK cup. If I'm returning back it's certainly because of her.

Wheelchair accessibility: Entry door swing is awkward. Been that way since it first opened. I like the industrial look ceiling theme.
In my opinion the highest quality of Burger Kings in my area! Burgers are cooked with absolute perfection at this location, I asked the drive-thru guy what the person's name who does the burgers and he said Deborah, thank you Deborah for knowing how to make perfect burgers!
Normally short staffed and it’s difficult when there’s a drive thru as well. These particular Burger King employees take their time to pay attention to detail and I respect that. One of the more well kept burger kings in greater Boston. Also if anyone needs a sign to try the mozzarella fries.. here it is
