This place is right near where I live so unfortunately my kids ask me to get it for them sometimes. I've never seen a burger king that was run like this before. They don't speak English, they're ALWAYS rude, they always mess up on the easiest orders because they don't care or they're just stupid and can't read or, my guess, both. This is not a Stoughton burger king, it's a "brockton" burger king. If you want your food to come out even remotely correct, go somewhere else, anywhere else.

I am not sure if Vanessa is the manager but she has great manager like qualities and Vanessa deserves a raise, she instantly greeted me as I was already making her wait to grab my order she was very patient with me. And, very kindhearted! She instantly made me feel comfortable which made me realize that there’s not enough people like her! You never know what someone is going through. She’s great!

This place needs to hire more people. The place is busy and you need to wait. Today there were 2 people working, one on the drive thru the other on the counter. They were taking turns cooking. There was a long line inside and at the drive thru. I thought this was a fast food place. It’s not fast is you need to wait 20 minutes for your food.

Drive-thru intercom is fuzzy and broken. Tried to redeem a coupon that's worked at every other BK. Manager said they "can't put it in the computer," without even looking or trying. Several people were upset and waiting when I went inside. Also severely understaffed.Just find another BK. It's not worth it.

I picked up a pair of shoes at DSW across the street from this Burger King so I figured I'd go in and get something to eat. I stood in line for 10 minutes with three other people who were just as perplexed as I was because nobody was taking orders. There was a guy in drive through that eventually came over and said next, after 5 more minutes I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and a chocolate shake and the cashier said something under his breath, I said excuse me he said "no shake today" so I got a Coke he took my money and gave me a cup. I said thank you he smirked and walked away. The look on this man's face was utter disgust or annoyance. The neck tattoo didn't help. After waiting at least 8 more minutes the same guy called my number and walked away, I needed more ketchup but honestly I didn't want to interact with this employee anymore. The food was good but the service and atmosphere just felt negative.

They need to fire Danilo the brazilian man that works there he is absolutely rude, disrespectful towards the customers. One incident was with my father. He had ordered a chicken sandwich, and he seemed so urgent to get the order done and he was telling us to hurry up and as we got order, he forgot the bacon that was a part of the meal, and he tried telling us that we didn’t order bacon, but it says it in the name so we told him to fix it and he started having attitude with us like it’s your fault for rushing us first ofall the second incident Was very recent and I had just gotten a call from corporate, so you will be hearing from them soon if you’re reading this. But he decided to not fix our order after we had told him that we got the right order they messed it up and he wanted to have so much attitude with us. This is what he’s going to get he’s going to get a call from corporate.
