Dunkin'

It's the only Dunkin in the area open on Christmas and the wait was insane. It shouldn't take over half an hour to go through the drive through. If you're going to close all your locations you should at least staff the remaining ones adequately to handle the extra volume.

Worst service ever. The lady made me wait 30 minutes for my order just to get me the wrong order, then completely forgot about my other drink until I mentioned it to her. Wasted so much of my time and money. Don’t go here, especially in the mornings unless you want to waste 40 minutes of your morning and money just to receive the wrong order. Service is terrible and they’re very inconsiderate.

Worst location to visit in Stoughton ! Especially on a Sunday. Always short staff , still waiting for the order even if you order on the app ! Please do not visit this location if you are in a rush or want to have a good day

The place is clean and most staff are friendly. However, just make sure your coffee is hot as you order because you will get a cold coffee (not ice) instead of hot!

It really hard to know if y'all are open. When I pull up to the front and see the lights are out. This is the forth time this month I pull up and pull off thinking Dunkin was closed.

1 of the worst Dunkin's in mass & I've been to some pretty good ones with good professional and hard-working staff & horrible one's which should be shut down..corporate office must go in there on the down low to see for themselves the way this franchise & those close to it is running...it should be a protest against this franchise ownership.

Multiple times this week I have left work and went to this dunks between 1230 and 2 am and this woman who works there refuses to make any food says there is no food until 5 am however it only happens when she works extremely rude and never in the years of coming here have I had this issue really sad when your a 24 hour location and only person feels they can’t make food and I just want to eat after working a long day will not be returning until this is resolved
