I used to love going to this location. Now? Not so much. They only care about drive through. 7 drive through customers were taken care of by the time i put in my order for a coffee at the register. Then i watched several more drive-through customers go by while my half made coffee was just sitting there unattended. I used to tip every time, now i won't until i see service improve. The one positive i can say is that my orders are usually made correctly more frequently here than in other locations. The picture i added was a triple espresso over ice with 2 cream and it was exactly the way i asked for it.

This dunks was normally decent for the food but now it's hit or miss. The attitude of the drive up window female was like a forgotten manure truck left in the sun after 3 days. She forgot our food, have us the wrong drinks then left us sitting at the window while she went to the counter. Another female had to give us the order and it was still wrong. Who's responsible for these workers?? 😡 Today was bad. Other days have been ok.. but I don't know if I want to keep flipping the coin on this one.

IMO Dunkin Donuts in general has gone downhill in the last few years. Corporate decided to tell the franchises how to run their business and made it so the Dunkin donuts that actually cared can't show that anymore to their customers!This dunkin' donuts in particular the servers don't know how to take orders and when you point out that they got the order completely wrong after they repeated it back to you they give you attitude!

This dunkins is horrible. Mainly due to the people working there. One seems heavy on who knows what and mumbles under her breath about the burden of having 4 people in line. Hello? You work at Dunkins. And the woman at the drive thru who acts as if she is in charge is incredibly rude.
