When coming to ikea we plan on getting her right at 9:30am for the breakfast and the avoid the crowds. If you’ve never come or had the breakfast, you’re missing out. It’s no 5 star restaurant, but when you balance price with what you’re getting, you’re definitely coming out ahead. The bacon is almost always crispy-which is most important. They have lost of options, so it at least once. My family of 3 cost $9 in total. Eyes and bacon for two of us, pancakes for wifee, coffee and an apple scone.

It was awful... granted we visited between Christmas and New Year's. All of the fountain drinks ran out of syrup and CO2, the food in the display cases were gone, the tables were disgusting, and the tray returns... I won't even comment. The pulled pork was, arguably, the best thing we ordered (the bar was very low) and the Mac and cheese was a faraway second. We won't discuss the meatballs or potatoes. I was so devastatingly disappointed, as it was our first time visiting. The hype ruined our expectations.

I recently visited IKEA’s restaurant and ordered a meatball combo with an additional 8 meatballs. The staff refused to fulfill my request without a clear explanation. When I asked why, the staff member insulted me by calling me “crazy” and then denied it when I confronted her. I’ve ordered similar quantities before, so this was completely unexpected. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope IKEA addresses this issue and ensures better training for their employees.

Breakfast was good. Eggs, bacon, hash brown, and a scone for two under 9 dollars. Coffee is free with IKEA card.

Crowded, long lines, and zero urgency by anyone working in the restaurant to move faster than a snails pace. Unless there's no line, don't think the line will move fast. Save yourself the trouble and eat elsewhere, it's not worth the wait.

The IKEA restaurant is an excellent spot for a satisfying meal, whether you’re taking a break from shopping or just looking for a quick bite. The menu offers a variety of options, from their famous Swedish meatballs to healthier choices like salads and salmon. The veggie balls are a delightful alternative if you’re looking for something plant-based, and they don’t skimp on flavor.
The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, with plenty of seating available. It’s also family-friendly, with meals that cater to both kids and adults. Another plus is the affordability—you’re getting great value for your money with generous portions at reasonable prices.
Overall, the IKEA restaurant offers a tasty, no-fuss dining experience with a wide range of options that are sure to please everyone in the family. It’s a great spot to refuel and relax before continuing your shopping adventure.

Ordered plant balls. The Asian server was cold to us but friendly toward others. There were unclean cooked peas with few soil particles like ones not washed well - my teeth were grinding against those particles. Based on my experience in Denmark and Sweden, IKEA restaurant doesn't have the best service. Yet, the food quality here isn't as good as in Denmark and Sweden. Peas were not cleaned well...

IKEA makes it easy to buy but the returns/exchange department is understaffed and poorly managed. Terrible customer experience. I don’t blame the staff. It’s the management and hiring.

It's a buffet but days before you know you are going, you start to crave their Swedish Meatball Plate! Scrumptious!
Kid-friendliness: It just is! Lots of toys and bedding for them too
Wheelchair accessibility: Huge elevator to get from one floor to another.

Prices are way up - this is a cafeteria - but I'm spending $30-35 on a meal for 2. Absolute bare bones staffing with long wait times for food and to check out. Cheaply run but prices don't reflect what you are getting.

I recently visited Ikea in Stoughton and had an extremely unpleasant encounter with one of their salespeople “Laurie”. Despite being a potential customer, I was met with rudeness, disrespect, and humiliation. Such behavior is unacceptable in any professional setting which makes me feel unwelcome and as if she’s firing me. I hope the management takes appropriate action to ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar treatment.Worst service ever. I never met such a rude and impolite person like her . Laurie the lady that she works in the closet section which is supposed to be friendly and help people to find their need . I told her pls my due date is soon i need to do a closet for the nursery i was very respectful and patient however she kept humiliating me and engaged in a mocking behavior.
