Surprised to see negative reviews. I walked in the door and I was immediately greeted. I did not expect that from a chain sub joint. I called to place my order on the phone, it was made exactly as I requested and ready in the 15 minutes they told mez when I got home to eat the sub – tasted great. I was pleasantly surprised. I will most certainly be back.

I arrived about 20 , 25 minutes before closing time, I ordered one of the classic Philly steaks to take away so as not to disturb the guys with the schedule, even so they didn't seem to be at all calm about it lol, and after I got home there were pieces of packaging in the middle of my sub's meat, this is crazy, I hope they solve this

Wait time for sandwich took forever even though I ordered ahead on the app. They look really understaffed. And the food tasted bland and didn't feel entirely fresh. Not coming back.

I’m surprised this place is still open. My first time there I got yelled at for ordering my sub with toppings and didn’t know you had to order them down the line. $15 for a small roasted beef with no meat just veggies. It sucked never went back. Good luck to anyone going there first time. And if your a regular there are better options.

I did take out. I ordered a turkey sub everything On it, there was so much oil and the bread was soggy! The sub was not enjoyable .. I threw the entire sub out!

A couple weeks ago I came in and had an amazing experience. There was a young girl, beautiful bright smile, enough to warm up the world. She was so well mannered and well spoken, communicated to me so effectively. I had a car seat, and my bags with my food. She left her work station to open the door for me. I did not think it was worth making a review about, because I did not know if it was just her presence or my jersey mike experience I appreciated. My experience today was expected to be mediocre. I was having such a difficult day. Once again I walked in and was greeted by the same girl, my day lit up automatically. The whole staff was great but this specific employee never fails to make me feel like i’m spending my money in the right places. I had a conversation with her today, and asked her for her age. I was caught by surprise when she said 17. I would have assumed she was 24 the way she carried herself. I say this to say, young people who value customer service, communication, customer satisfaction is so rare. This employee is someone you guys have to value and keep apart of your team. I’m not sure the young lady’s age but I will not be expecting that energy everytime. The location was spotless, and clean. There is also a whole new staff, not sure if this has to due with my experience but overall i’m so grateful. Please share this with the young lady if you are aware who i’m referring to. Let her know her smile is priceless and she is a true gem in the making.
Tried for first time today. Giant subs are huge. Wife and I got a roast beef and provolone and a turkey and provolone. Both very, very good. We thought we were getting lunch but, um, we got dinner, too! Staff very friendly, all smiles. Will definitely return soon

If management doesn’t issue me another at no charge for another day I won’t be going back here.
Management has told me they’ll most certainly replace the sandwich at no cost next time I’m in the area. Very satisfied. And apologized , thank you.

I ordered a LARGE BIG KAHUNA SUB, so I could pick it up for work,I only called because I was in a rush…told the guy in the phone 3 times CHICKEN,CHICKEN,CHICKEN, he the asked steak or chicken…I said CHICKEN again for the 4th time,I go to pick up the sub …the girl goes STEAK big kahuna right…I say no I told him chicken!!!! I didn’t have Nother 15 minutes to wait for a new sandwich,so I left hungry and disappointed, then the young lady informs me,that i could have the sub for half price,I said are you kidding me, I don’t eat steak!!!! You guys gotta get some adults to work in your store, rather than all high school kids!!! I left there hungry and disappointed!!

Large man with a ponytail was very put out and displeased about making a sandwich for a gluten allergy. Walked out before he started, no excuse for that kind of behavior.
