I ordered a LARGE BIG KAHUNA SUB, so I could pick it up for work,I only called because I was in a rush…told the guy in the phone 3 times CHICKEN,CHICKEN,CHICKEN, he the asked steak or chicken…I said CHICKEN again for the 4th time,I go to pick up the sub …the girl goes STEAK big kahuna right…I say no I told him chicken!!!! I didn’t have Nother 15 minutes to wait for a new sandwich,so I left hungry and disappointed, then the young lady informs me,that i could have the sub for half price,I said are you kidding me, I don’t eat steak!!!! You guys gotta get some adults to work in your store, rather than all high school kids!!! I left there hungry and disappointed!!

I am always a fan of Jersey Mikes, and this location was great. The Number 9, Mikes Way was just what I needed after a long frustrating day of dealing with car issues. The sandwich makers were friendly and efficient. The sandwiches I ordered were well made.

I went in this morning to get my dad in the hospital some food. He wanted no bread just meat and the guys were super accommodating, friendly and understanding! Not only did the 2 gentleman working this morning make our morning but you made my dad's day and the food was delicious and hot when we got into Boston (thanks for douvle wrapping it! We can't thank you enough! Great customer service and the place was super clean!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, never coming here with my niece. Waited in the store to be helped and the workers looked at me like I had a third head. When they finally took my order the looks to be manger (tall African American man, with mustache walked behind the worker while he was taking my order, began to verbally abused my niece and rush me and my niece into a oder that we didn't want. He offered to take matter outside if I wanted to. I was very confused and felt threatened for me and my nieces safety. I walked with a shocked face thinking this wasn't real. He proceeded to walk to the window as I'm leaving and laugh at us. REALLY NEVER AGAIN, trying to put a stop to this store.

This is the 3rd time ordering from jersey mikes in Stoughton, MA and every time I order it comes back incorrectly. I nicely called to make them aware of their mistake and talked to the manager and he said that I was bad mouthing his employees and told me to find another Jersey mikes to go to. Me being the person that I am I drove back and returned the order and gave him a taste of what bad mouthing is, they are all rude and unprofessional.
