I went to the Stoughton, Ma location and had a HORRIBLE experience on the evening of 3/25/24. This story must be told. The staff treated me VERY rudely! There were no other customers in the store. There was a young lady who insisted on sweeping the floor all around me and acted as if I was a problem as I tried to order my sandwich. She kept moving the roller bins that held the chips. She did this 3 times!! I was practically swept away. Her attitude was very poor as well. The other young lady who prepared the sandwich was non personable and rushed through it and walked away abruptly. WHERE WAS THE MANAGER!? I will NEVER go back to this Jersey Mike's location again. I was treated poorly and the sandwich wasn't the best. Honestly 2 of the 3 young ladies should be FIRED for that terrible behavior. It appears that this location does not value customer service. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

In my opinion, that’s HORRIBLY unprofessional & unacceptable. AND THEY PUT PEPPERS & ONIONS ON THE STEAK & CHEESE WHEN WE CLEARLY ASKED FOR A STEAK & CHEESE WITH EXTRA CHEESE NEVER ORDERING AGAIN!!

It was my first time at this place. Not properly sanitized. Placing the sandwiches on the print-out receipt paper is not sanitary. Using their hands with the same gloves to remove particles/ crumbs from off the counter is not sanitary. Please train the staff on food handling. It was 4males when i got there.
