Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. I’ve never had a bad experience before when I used to pick up coffee in person before heading to work. However, today was different.

I had ordered some drinks from DoorDash and didn’t read the full description of what I was purchasing. I know that sometimes people don’t admit their mistakes, but I will admit that I made one. I had to call the manager because not only did I not read the description well, but the beverages also didn’t taste as they were supposed to.

The manager was initially pleasant to speak with, but as we continued, she became quite rude. She started by saying, “Hi, how are you? To I know how it works because I’ve worked on it, and you purchased it in this condition.” She then proceeded to explain on. how she makes her drinks, which I understand. However, her tone became increasingly snobbish and dismissive.

I acknowledge that working in the food and beverage industry can be frustrating, and I understand that customers aren’t always right. However, I expect more respect and understanding from the manager. Instead of telling me that she has a line and needs to get off the phone, she should have tried to be more polite and helpful.

During the conversation, she kept repeating that everything she said was how it goes and how she makes it, and told me the steps on how she makes it and how it’s supposed to go, but also that I’m incorrect. This was very unprofessional and made me feel uneasy and uncomfortable. I understand that I made a mistake, but I was looking for more respect and understanding. Regardless of who was at fault, we should have tried to find a solution together.

At this time, I am never coming back to this location, but also I am never going to open my app and order from this location because I have disrespected I felt and I acknowledge that to Her as well.

Multiple times I’ve placed a mobile order 20+ minutes in advance and arrived with it not ready and then just had to wait in line behind everyone else in line completely defeating the purpose of ordering ahead.

Excellent local coffee spot for a coffee on the go. Go here over Dunks any day. Get the flavored iced coffee, especially the mint chip.The Starbucks Dark Roast is still my go-to cup of coffee, but the coffee here is great and you are supporting a local business.

The worst customer service, the girl at the register was rude and was just looking at her phone, very rude. I went there today Saturday 9th December around 1pm. You guys need to trying these young ladies what customer’s service is.

This is a little coffee shop inside a gas station. They have several flavored coffees and a few pastries. No donuts.

Located inside of the Seasons gas station store. Lots of flavored coffees, including some decaf. Strange set up where all sweeteners and other coffee items they put in your coffee behind the counter. Not sure you can do your own. A different experience than your typical coffee shop.

First of all, the extra star is in honor of everyone else who works at this location, they’re all great. I go to this Mary Lou’s on my two days off as a treat for myself and spend over $6 on a Funky Fanabla each time. I also almost always tip so I know it’s not my reputation preceding me. I have been in on my last two days off around 7am and the same employee has assisted me. Both times I have given my order and been greeted with complete and utter indifference and then handed a “coffee” that tastes like whipped cream and sugar. I specifically ask for a “splash of skim” because I like it dark and both times the coffee has been an off-white color that indicates the opposite of my request. I‘m just going to go to North Attleboro from now on, even though it’s further away, because I’ve thrown out 2 coffees in a row. Not sure if the employee has personal issues going on that are making her not want to deal with other people but I felt decidedly unwanted.
