I wish they would have non-family members that worked here. They do so much talking that they never listen to the customers every time I come here I place an order and it’s always wrong. I always have to come back. I don’t know how this place doesn’t have better management.

Bad place. I went to that place for a long time and I regret having spent every penny of mine there (I paid so I can complain as much as I want) . In addition to bad food and poorly made, there are many unbearable people who do not know how to work as a team. In fact, meat tastes like old stuff, -99/10.

On March 4th at 1:15 PM, the manager who speaks Spanish was rude to me and took a long time to deliver my order. She is not prepared to work there; she doesn’t have the McDonald’s spirit of delivering joy and speed.

The 1 of driving through is unavailable and it take long time to order. The girl told me there were two fish sandwiches because I ordered double fish filets meal. I went home & guess what? There's only 1 fish sandwich. I had a broken left arm so I could check at the spot. I came back to get my 2nd sandwiche & was stock in parade traffic. :(
I made an online order, When I arrived the was a 30-minute wait in the drive-up line. Finally got to the window and they couldn't find the order. It took another 20 minutes and 4 people later to get my food. Looks like I eat at Burger King or Wendy's.

I biked to work today in 11 weather, I stopped at this McDonald's in Stoughton, Massachusetts. It is the first time I have eaten at a McDonald's in many years. It was 8:00 in the morning, the place was dead, but clean, very clean, and the people were so nice, I was expecting my sausage McMuffin with egg to be around 5 or 6 dollars but when she said it was $2.50 I was in shock. What's the employees are very nice in the sandwich was warm it was satisfactory
