The food is good. Decent portions. Be aware that they will include a ~30% tip if your bill is over $75. I didn’t see any signs that indicated this, only notice of payment signage was “cash only”.I was pissed. Then the waitress tried to circle back and say I shorted her when I absolutely didn’t. Crazy how your own people try to pull these kind of moves on their own.Why was my bill $169.00. For two kids and two adults and they included a $54.00 tip. I recommend take out only!Kid-friendliness: They do not accommodate a kids friendly menu. They don’t have fries or plain rice and beans without spice. My 6 year was served fresh fruit in a martini glass ?

Unfortunately did not enjoy the breakfast. The coffee and diet soda was good lol cheese wasn't melter on omelet. No steak in omelet just potatoes. Got the steak hash omelet. Cozy place but wish I had enjoyed the food. But hey not everyone's taste is the same. But wish them nothing but luck. Service was ok at best. A bit pricy as well but that's the norm as everything has gone up. But $4 cup of coffee and $4 for a glass of soda with ice. Maybe 10oz at best in the glass lol

Recently attended Ore a Love Story restaurant & this was my 3rd time! I enjoyed it so much! I got the shrimp Benedict with perfect over medium eggs and my cousin got the shrimp & grits that were out of this world! We slit the French toast that was delicious and different from your traditional French toast! Can't wait to go back we both paid about $25-$35 with tip! A comfortable vibe through out the restaurant loved the calm atmosphere.

Amazing food! One of a kind restaurant, food is always fresh and good. Friendly service. My only complaint is that everything looks so good that I can't decide what to get. Love the specials as well as the regular menu items.

Different blended kitchen I was confused,, Jamaican, Haitian, West Indian, American cuisine cute inside ,, cash only establishment and the server added her own gratuity which is not ok it was only 5 of us we paid it and left extra everyone was satisfied with the meals although grits, eggs, sausage & toast should never be $15 and when you ask for water there isn't a choice only bottled water they charge $2 for meanwhile at the local grocery its 24 for less than $5 smh ‍ ,,,, try for yourself and leave a review,,, no complaints on taste of food which came hot

If I could give ZERO stars I would‼ These reviews are definitely from people that know them or are not used to actual Haitian food. I am not sure how this place is still open. Between the presentation, and then the rude Caucasian woman (owner or "chef") - I'm not sure where to start. 1. I got the Haitian Fried Rice- it tasted days-old. It was supposed to be djon djon (mushroom rice) -LOOK AT MY PICS DO U SEE DJON DJON? The rice had a a large-overcooked egg over it and 4 over cooked pieces of goat on top. Oh, for "color" they added "pikliz" which was not pikliz. It was purple cabbage soaked in vinegar- no spice whatsoever. I was extremely shocked and disappointed but I attempted to try it. The last thing I wanted to do was have a bad experience. The taste turned my stomach. The food did not taste fresh. I decided to ask for a "Jamaican patty" - it tasted like the frozen ones I get from Market Basket; no authenticity there. 2. My other sisters ordered meals too. Grits were supposed to be made with "creole" sauce- but it tasted like a very watery marinara sauce... she was very unhappy with the unclear advertisement. She asked for this to be taken back. The Caucasian woman who we believe was the owner was combative. After asking for it to be taken back, we did our best not to share how horrible it was. Simply said this isn't what we thought it would be. She responded that they " need to keep doors open" and there are no refunds. NO one had asked for that, but that was her focus. She refused to take our meals off the table and walked away. Like really? The other meal had a lobster in it but same issue. My sister ate the tail. She said this was okay but overcooked. We are disappointed. The onus of service and quality is on the owner and chef. This place is horrible. The kicker is: the receipt was written in crayon. The meal price was not as advertised on menu. My $21 dollar meal came out to 28?! Like all I can say was, this was a joke. Y'all couldn't get away with this in Boston, but Stoughton .... yeah serve this to people that don't know what Haitian food is or good food at that. Paid over 100 for meals that were horrible and we only ate the patties which were also overpriced. Go here if you want to play with your hunger, time and MONEY. Ore a love story is Orrrrr a hunger story gone wrong Your Ambiance was okay WAITER Alexandra VERY PROFESSIONAL ! Oh and they do not take CARD

Wow. Stopped here for brunch - amazing service, delicious food, smells and feels warm from the minute you walk in the door. We got two jerk specials (BBQ jerk chicken - crispy perfection - and jerk goat with Haitian fried rice...need more of this in my life). Kiddos got salmon burger (yum! And comes with both bacon and home fries at brunch) and the Portuguese sweet bread French toast (huge but all of it was gone including one bite pilfered by me). The mocktail special was a hit too!

Food was very good. The price (100.00) was completely outrageous for two adults and two kids for breakfast.

I had brunch at Ore's several times. It is amazing. Such a unique menu. Not your typical breakfast place. So delicious! We can't wit to go back again. The service is exceptional. There is usually a wait because it is just SO GOOD, but it moves quickly.Great location in Stoughton, MA. Everyone needs to try it. Everyone is very friendly and more than willing to explain anything on the menu. You will never be disappointed.
