Panera used to be one of my favorite restaurants until I visited the Stoughton location. For the past 2 years things have gone from bad to worse… But today I had an exceptional experience! Apparently there is a new manager and she means business! I actually overheard her telling the 2 cashiers that moving forward they are to greet every customer that walks through the door whether they say hi or not! It’s the small things! She also told the girls on the line to use their inside...
The cashier was nice. It said my order on the receipt and bag; however, they gave me the wrong soup. The two soups don’t look similar and consist of different ingredients. So, I don’t understand how they could mess it up.
In general, I usually like Panera, but I will not go to this one again. The service was horrible. Completely apathetic and unfriendly. They were out of a number of things, and I got the impression that they were just annoyed to even answer simple questions.
