The wait to place your order maybe a few minutes because the cashier likes to make small talk with the customers. I usually order at the kiosk to save time. The wait for pickup can take a while after 2:00 when it tends to get busy. I recommend the Turkey and Cheddar cold sandwich. It was a hearty sandwich with lots of turkey, cheese, tomato, purple onions and lettuce. I like the atmosphere, which offers cozy booths with a view of the parking area.

Panera used to be one of my favorite restaurants until I visited the Stoughton location. For the past 2 years things have gone from bad to worse… But today I had an exceptional experience! Apparently there is a new manager and she means business! I actually overheard her telling the 2 cashiers that moving forward they are to greet every customer that walks through the door whether they say hi or not! It’s the small things! She also told the girls on the line to use their inside...

The cashier was nice. It said my order on the receipt and bag; however, they gave me the wrong soup. The two soups don’t look similar and consist of different ingredients. So, I don’t understand how they could mess it up.
