Placed an online order. A couple of half and half soup and sandwich, Mac and cheese, pretty easy. One of the items had the wrong soup; mine was avocado and chicken. Most of my chicken was skin. The person behind the counter was only interested with the girl in the other room, never asked what name was on our order. Ralph the current manger is OUTSTANDING. He does his job fantastic. One of my order needed to be updated and he did it without an issue & was so not only accommodating he was COMPLETELY understanding! He deserves a raise & needs to be known to the company for his amazing personality and demeanor! The wait to place your order maybe a few minutes because the cashier likes to make small talk with the customers. I usually order at the kiosk to save time. The wait for pickup can take a while after 2:00 when it tends to get busy. I recommend the Turkey and Cheddar cold sandwich. It was a hearty sandwich with lots of turkey, cheese, tomato, purple onions and lettuce. I like the atmosphere, which offers cozy booths with a view of the parking area.
