This place has great food, but the wait is extremely long. Alot of people and myself waited in line for 40+ min just for them to say it is mobile orders only. Many people left angry. That was a waste of time for them and not cool at all. I heard the drive thru worker mention that to the car infront of me so I decided toplace my order online and pick it up at the window.

Run down and rough location of a generally low end gimmick of a burger chain. Most of the light bulbs were blown out or flickering and a lot of the plastics were cracked. It looked like a horror movie set.

So I just cleaned my truck inside and out about 15hrs 2 days I go and get a overpriced milkshake because I wanted 1she hands it to me and the lid wasn’t on you already know what happened so I go home and have to clean the mess 1hr and my milkshake melted. Rrrrrrrrr just put the dam top on tight. It’s not to much to ask is there any place In stoughton that sells decent food anymore that doesn’t cost over $50 after 10.

The place is falling apart, none of the screens work at the stalls. Did an online order, after 20 mins went inside. The place is dusty, dirty and tiles falling off everywhere. After 10 more mins , got my food… well half of it. 15 mins later they finally got me the rest of it. Worst fast food service I’ve had in years. Luckily I’m not local so I won’t bother going back

I waited almost 10 minutes before someone at the drivethru spoke to me, then finally someone goes “hello, cash only.” I said “okay, nevermind” and drove off quickly, as I was frustrated with the wait, and how I was spoken to. Though, as I was leaving, my partner noticed they signaled for me to turn back around. So, I went back to the drivethru and after getting through the line the person goes “we’re cash only by the way” to which I said “I only have a card”.” And for whatever reason, it was fine the time, and she said “you only have a card? That’s fine.” I’m not sure why it was a different answer this time around, but once I made it to the window, I had to wait another nearly 10 minutes for fries, which yes, isn’t that long, but I feel like fries should be a ‘on standby’ type of thing. Just very frustrated a couple of times with the night staff at this location.

Inside is sad and dreary, and the food doesn’t make it any better… The mozzarella sticks tasted stale and the cheese wasn’t stretchy whatsoever. It was also cold and hot at the same time, the cheese inside was cold and the outside was warm.

The guy at the register was nice and everything and got us our food very quickly. But the food was just not it.

drive service was bad....waited so long i decided to drive off and get Chinese instead.

This place is a joke. We ordered online as nobody bothered to answer at the drive up kiosks. When I went inside to collect our order, there was nobody on the counter. Another customer warned me that there were no fountain drinks and they were instead giving other random drinks without pointing it out. Eventually, a young guy came out with a bag for me but no drinks. I asked him where they were, and he replied “We have no fountain drinks today”. He was confused and hugely defensive when I told him I would require either a suitable alternative or a refund. In fact, I resent being told to “chill” when asking for something I have legitimately paid for. His attitude was dreadful, and he should not be customer facing. Anyway, I spoke to the manager who did go out of her way to resolve the situation, and to be honest, she really needs to take a look at her front of house staff and figure out if they really want the job or not, and recruit people who do.

Outside, there is trash in the parking bays that was dusty, nasty, and had clearly been there a while. One of the bays was closed off.

Oh, and I ordered online and after paying, the screen said a receipt would be emailed to me. I never got one, and I will be checking my credit card account to make sure the correct amount was taken.

The food was okay, but the overall experience has put me right off Sonic. It’s one of those brands that feels like it is taking its last gasps of air and the employees have given up on.

I’m now waiting for the automated reply to this review from Sonic telling me they regret that I had a bad experience, and to call them to discuss it. That won’t be happening, as this review is an accurate record of my experience, and I am not interested in being pacified with corporate words promising that my feedback is important to them, blah, blah…

Placed an order on doordash and couldn't send special instructions because the store chose that for whatever reason, I was instructed by doordash to call sonic to tell my special instructions over the phone. However, I called twice as soon as my order went in and didn't a single person answer the phone now my order is on the way. Terrible customer service!!
