March 21st, 2025 at 10:50 pm . Mariah at the drive through window was really rude . I pulled up at the window and did not get greeted, she saw me and just continued to talk to her coworkers and even left. After a while she came and asked for my card to pay and gave me my card with no receipt and closed the window. I had to wait again till she came back with the food to ask for the receipt. Very poor customer service. Her long nails also pierced through one of my sauces.

I have never had any problems with food or drinks here, but very disappointed in service every time I go. Waited at pickup multiple times for 5-15 min's after ordering 5 min's before I even showed up there. Had to go in to get my order, waited 5 min's until someone finally came out of the kitchen (after another customer banged on the kitchen door) with attitude and roller her eyes when I told her I was waiting outside for 15 min's and inside for another 5. Got my food finally (which was great) but the restaurant looked like a dump. Called customer service, was told I would hear from the manager (never did) and that I would get a full refund (never did), not that I asked for it or expected it, but a call would have been nice. I haven't been back since, which stinks because the food/drinks are always good. I think this location needs a lot of help.

Wouldn't really go here unless you did Drive Thru. Food is really subpar, it sounds better than McDonalds but the quality is not there. Stale bread and old meat. The service though can vary. A lot of the times it feels like employees here are miserable and can't stand the sight of you. I tried to ask an employee if today was okay to dine-in but she ignored me and when my Dad honked at her to get her attention, that really made her mad. Which I do get, I get annoyed too if someone honked at me but her ignoring me once when I asked her about dining in and twice when I stood at the register looking at the menu. Well I'm not gonna eat here anytime soon, the employees seem like they don't want to work here, so I'll set them free by not giving them my business and other people shouldn't either, then they'll have to close down and the employees will finally be free and not miserable!

Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes. Finally ordered 2 all Americans with just cheese and onions. Waited another 2 mins. For a reply her to say what we ordered nothing! So we get to window wait another 4 mins. She takes our payment and then we wait again. Finally got our food and it's totally made wrong. Rough it inside and wait for help to co.e out and help and

Was on site trying to order for 15 minutes at the carhop then at the drive thru. The same car was sitting at the window not running possibly a friend of one of the employees honestly I think they were intentionally parked there blocking the drive thru. There appears to be multiple workers at the drive up window not really doing anything productive as there was 8-10 vehicles either on the drive thru line or at an ordering spot and I didn’t see any food going out and no orders being taken at the speaker. This was at 10:00pm on a Saturday night the hours state it’s open until midnight. The building is in a state of disrepair as is the drive thru signage and car hop stations missing menus non working screens disgusting sidewalks lack of appropriate lighting and just a pure lack of general upkeep. The operator of this franchise is clearly not attentive to the situation that is going on here and is allowing workers to literally steal time from them while there is a parking lot full of people trying to spend money here. I will be contacting corporate to file a complaint and the Stoughton board of health about the disgusting nature of the exterior and trash area of the restaurant.

If I could give negative stars, this Sonic outside of Boston would be deep in the negatives. As someone who grew up where Sonic was born—Wichita Falls, TX/Lawton, OK—and lived in Krum, TX (home of some of the best Sonic locations in the country), I know exactly what this brand is supposed to stand for. This location? A disgrace.

Let’s start with the first issue: the app advertises 44oz drinks, but this store doesn’t even stock them. Why have them on the menu if they don’t exist? False advertising at its finest. But fine, whatever, we adjust our order.

We arrive at car hop stall 6, check in, and wait. For ten minutes. Finally, someone comes on the speaker—not to take our order, not to apologize for the delay, but to inform us that the car hop was closed. Apparently, we needed to go inside or use the drive-thru. No sign, no prior notice—just ten minutes wasted before they unceremoniously cut the mic off.

So, we pull up to the window, hoping for some semblance of customer service. Instead, we’re greeted by an employee whose attitude screamed, “I hate this job, and I hate that you’re here.” With visible disdain, she simply asks, “What do you want?” No greeting, no confirmation—nothing. I tell her we’ve already checked in through the app and give her my name. She slams the window shut and walks away without a word.

Moments later, she returns, shoves our food at us at lightning speed, and—shockingly—slams the window again without so much as a “have a nice day.” At this point, I don’t even know which drink is which, so I wait for her to return and ask. Her response? “I don’t know, I didn’t make all that.” Then, she walks away. Again.

Now, let’s talk about the food. Absolute disaster. The packaging looked like someone had shaken it like a maraca before handing it over. Sauce-covered boxes, sticky soda cups dripping with syrup and melted ice cream, and overall, just a complete mess. This wasn’t just a mistake—it was carelessness and complete disrespect for the customer.

Sonic was built on Southern hospitality, but this place missed the mark so badly it’s almost offensive. If this is how Sonic is going to be represented in New England, the corporate office should just shut this location down and start over. This was the worst Sonic experience I have ever had in my life.

If anyone from Sonic’s corporate team reads this, fix this store immediately. It is a stain on the brand’s reputation.

Disgusting place. The building is falling apart, there's exposed sheet rock and wires everywhere. Men's bathroom reeks of piss and vomit. Took about 10 minutes of waiting in the lobby and getting ignored before someone finally took my order with the worst attitude

Had a great time, the shakes were delicious, and the chilli cheese tater tots were amazing. My one problem is that I ordered a super sonic double BACON cheeseburger, and when I got it, it only had one piece of bacon, the burger was also cold, and dry. However the customer service was top tier. The guy that was serving me, was very polite and super kind.
