Bummer of a sonics really. Don’t get me wrong it’s still sonic, so the food is as to expect. The problem lies in the service, which is laughably bad. I had gone down the drive-thru to get a milkshake, and they told me they “don’t do any ice cream on Tuesdays”??. On top of that, I can understand when it’s busy, and things slow down. 30 minutes for a milkshake though is a little silly. Please give me my food without giving me sass that is all I ask I am begging. Also I really don’t understand the point of a dine-in area if it sits unused and closed 24/7, seems like a waste of money and space but I’m not a business major so what do I know. Could be worse, could’ve been a Burger King

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Every time I’ve had the misfortune of ending up here I’ve had a terrible experience. Whether it’s rude employees, cold food, forgotten orders or just poorly made food/shakes. This place is truly bottom of the barrel and I can’t wait to see it close one day.

Waited in the drive-through for over eight minutes at 3 o’clock on a Saturday. My order was never taken. I was the only person in line. There were multiple employees smoking and talking in the parking lot. It took less time to drive down the street to a KFC order my food and get it. I’d recommend going there instead.

The tater tots were hot like they just cooked them. And my burger was also hot. Glad I got to enjoy a hot meal. Unlike other places I've been when your food is maybe warm. Sure will be back again

Understaffed and unprepared. Service was slow, doors are always locked,can not blame the staff though, seems to only be two people working in store so it would be hard to cater to the walk in customers. Kudos the the 2 person team.

This is THE Sonic. We have been to many Sonic’s since going to this one, 2 years ago and I have to say this is by far the best !!! The woman who brings the food to your car is super amazing! Seriously this is the BEST sonic!!!!!! #1
The food was great. There was an unfortunate incident of a missing sandwich but it was quickly remedied by staff. Great job!

Alot of drive in booths where broken food took a while to come out Burger was good tater tots we're actually cold overall I'll visit a Sonic again just not this one

What the hell is this?? My order is completely different than the one I received. A soaked ketchup filled burger with whatever the burritos is, it’s so frustrating to place a mobile order and for everything to come out entirely wrong. I paid extra for condiments to and didn’t even get that… don’t get no tots either it’s like they just gave me food and said hit the road
