This is my third visit to this location and every time I have encountered the same employee treating me in an unwelcoming and offensive way. She looks at me as if I do not belong in America or as if I cannot afford Starbucks. Because of her attitude, I chose not to purchase anything today. This behavior is unacceptable, deeply disappointing, and offensive. No customer should ever be made to feel judged or discriminated against. Starbucks should take immediate action to address this employee through proper training or termination. Allowing someone with this behavior to represent your brand damages customer trust and reflects poorly on the company.

Great service provided by the only barista there when we went there today around 2:30pm, she was very professional, friendly , efficient and overall a great model of what Starbucks has to offer.
Kudos to Carmen we believe is her name
Hope whatever she desires to be she becomes because she deserves it and it should be presented as a role model to other locations where costumer service is the worst

I asked for the chocolate covered strawberry Frappuccino for Valentine’s Day. The guy seemed really short when ordering, and then I waited at the window, which wasn’t a big deal, but then drove off with my what I thought I ordered and realized that they just gave me a strawberry milkshake, no chocolate, but I was already down the road to go back to return it. 😩 It basically tasted like a Watertown strawberry milkshake. I would not recommend getting it.

Was trying to order my coffee and the lady with braids was a little annoyed with how I wanted it and when she ringed it up it was double the price of what I usually pay for it. On top of another customer being rude cause I didn’t want the coffee anymore.

I waited in long line to be told that drive thru come first. Honestly I think people in the store should come first. Especially after waiting 15 minutes. Someone needs to look into this policy and possibly evaluate it.

The service is amazing, and I admire the employees for being so amicable despite how overwhelmed it can get during rushes. I've never experienced any issues, and they regularly make conversation with me and are all-around great people.Only leaving the 1 star because they aren't allowed to accept tips.
