My heart breaks to come here to leave a 2 star review. Because Susu Sushi is my favorite restaurant of all times. I recommend everyone to go there because I LOVE THE FOOD. The 2 stars is for the customer service. I have experienced it but I left it alone cuz I love the food so much. But than I tried to invite some friends over and some of them told me they are never going back there because of how they were treated the last time they went there. What is even more sad is that it wasn't even an employee. It was the owners. I don't know their names but the guy that is always there always treat us like he want us to eat fast and leave. He is always looking at us and starts to swipe the floor next to us like he wants us to hurry up and go. I tried to tell him about it and he didn't understood what I was saying. He thought I was complaining about the $10 charge to bring the left over home but it wasn't that. My best friend started to go to SUSU after I recommended it, and I went with her a few times. But the last time she went to susu her and her husband was incredibly mistreated by the owner (the lady that is always there too). They even think she confused them with someone else because they don't understand why they were being treated like that. It breaks my heart because I love the food, and I wanna go there, but no one wants to go with me anymore because of how they were treated by you guys. I hope this changes, from the bottom of my heart.

When I call and said good afternoon the guy asked me what do I want. Very rude when I called to check the price on the buffet. Witch is 35$ btw… no thanks
Food was delicious and had a buffet option.

They always tent to change my order when they don’t have something instead of ask if we would like to replace a dish . Many times this happened and I was at home already when I check the food.
Check your food before leaving (take out)

I’m disappointed to share that the quality of this establishment has been steadily declining. What used to be a great sushi buffet with tasty food has sharply changed. Tonight, despite the so-so food, the service was horrible and dangerous.Through the hour that we were there, they had contractors replacing tables. The front doors were propped open and cold air constantly filled the dining room. The most stressful thing was an impact wrench the workers were using on those tables. We heard constant, loud noise like we were at a construction site. Couldn’t even hear myself chew let alone have a conversation.Later, the workers opened wood sealer/polyurethane and started painting wood stain on these tables. This filled the air with a turpentine smell as we were trying to eat six feet away.Amidst all this, the owner never offered an apology and only made empty small talk about how “we’re fixing the tables for you guys”. She said they don’t have time when closed to fix the tables. Whenever an owner can sacrifice safety and customer satisfaction for profits, that means a restaurant is really headed downhill. They should rename this business to “So-So Sushi”, since constant price increases and food quality declining has made this place completely forgettable. After this experience, we’ll never be coming back.

Nice staff and decent food for the price. We ate here for dinner and had the all you can eat. The nigiri was tasty and so was the sushi pizza. We liked most rolls but one with a fried center wasn’t too good. Overall a great

Always trying new places to help small businesses. But this place is no bueno. Stale rice & falling apart too easily. I definitely have had much better.

This is a very no-frills kind of place. The staff is very nice. I've been here a few times and it's never been busy seems like they get more take-out orders.Food is good, nothing fancy but they do have a great selection of things to choose from for all you can eat.Try the Dragon Roll, it was great!
