Once again Nacho fries are OLD and cold this is the second time I have ordered these fries and for some reason they don’t care enough to step up their game. I asked for SUPREME tacos and they gave me nothing but air and no tomatoes with drenched ranch sauce shell with awhole bunch of lettuce and sauce with cheese. MANAGERS STEP YOURE GAME UP OR HIRE NEW WORKERS THATS EMBARRASSING FOR YALL FRANCHISE folks are spending money for shitty old food

Today is the 2nd time I attempted to order from this location on Doordash. Unfortunately when I searched for Taco Bell on the app it doesn't allow me to choose the location I order from. For some reason the system they use for Doordash has been down for quite some time. When I placed my order ( the first attempt was 04/04/25 where I received all of my order without the meat I requested), (the 2nd attempt was 04/19/25 and I actually called the store to let them know how to make my order and I was told their tickets are all coming out saying 'No Meat') and now my final time was tonight I placed my order around 9:30pm 09/24/25 and the app eventually let me know my driver was waiting for my order. Around 10:30 I notice that driver disappeared and I was again waiting for a new dasher. Then I get a call from my new dasher telling me shes at Taco Bell but their doordash system is down and they aren't receiving any orders, including the one I placed over an hour before. So my dasher advised me to contact Doordash to cancel it. Its been 5 months and they still haven't updated their system to receive correct orders/work in general OR contact doordash to be removed as a servicing location.

They intentionally don’t give you drinks with combo at first. If you ask where’s your drink they pretend to have forgotten. It happened multiple times

This is the SECOND time I had an issue with them giving out OLD food that has been sitting yesterday I bought nacho fries and had to go inside to tell them give me fresh fries I was livid then today once again same thing this is disgusting you guys are disgusting and need to hire new people if you guys don’t like old food why are you giving out old food if you don’t want to work GO HOME and find somewhere else to go that’s ridiculous and gross! HARD STALE AND GREASY yes I’m mad I’m overly spending for old food!

I visited this KFC/Taco Bell location today and had an outstanding experience. The staff was extremely pleasant, the food was incredibly fresh, and my order was ready very quickly. Everything ran so smoothly that I can only imagine the management here is exceptional. Kudos to the whole team for delivering such great service!

I will never buy my food from that place again. I arrived to place my order, a girl came talking loudly on the loudspeaker. I placed my order about 3 times. They were like she was stressed out and didn't want to understand my order, which was numbers 7 and 8. I said something stupid. It was already the third time I had asked for numbers 7 and 8. She said she wasn't going to make any orders for me so I could leave that place with my car. At the window to receive my food, another person said that she was the manager and didn't want to make an order for me. Then this person told me to go around again and that she would make my order. But when I ate it, my order was cold. I liked tacos, but this one wasn't good. I will never go back there again. Bad receptionist, doesn't know how to treat a customer. It happened today, 01/03/25 around 11:00pm.
