Best AUTHENTIC Jamaican food around! May have a short wait in line or oxtails finish fast- but, overall this is the place to get your jerk pork, jerk chicken or oxtails! Flavorful and cooked well! They cater too! I have used their catering services a few times - never disappointed.

Now, in comparison to other Jamaican restaurants in Massachusetts, i think that they can do better. But there a saying in jamaica that go's " every body hand tast diffrent".

The food is flavorful and not salty like other carribean places I've tried. The service has improved greatly from my first few visits.I would certainly recommend this spot for some good food. My item of choice is the Stewed Chicken.

A great local Jamaican restaurant in the area! There is 30-min parking in the back, or you can park directly in front of the restaurant.Got to try j*** chicken, fried chicken, curry chicken, and also snapper fish. All very good! The only thing (that personally not used to) is that there is so much bone in everything! Definitely be careful when chewing your food! A fast casual place with some tables, but mostly as a takeout/delivery place. Easy to find! Give it a try!

I ordered a medium of cowfoot and rice and peas. I was not asked if I wanted cabbage. I ended up with mostly bones, rice and peas and cabbage. This is my second time ordering from this location and after this time I don't think I'll go back. The first time was great. I had a lot of meat and sauce with my rice. I ordered a large the first time and I did not regret it even though I ended up forking over $26 for it. This time I forked over $20 and instantly regretted it. The fact that the server put cabbage in my meal without asking me if I wanted it was icing on the cake for me. I'm attaching pictures but I'm not sure how well you can see the bones in this. There ended up being about two bones with a little bit of meat attached. I have so much regret right now. I'm letting this be a lesson to myself. I asked afterwards if I could just make the medium into a large and was told that it was too late. That's probably for the best. I should have taken it as a sign when I got there and couldn't find any parking.

I’m from Boston ma , Dorchester to be exact and I Walk inside asked them if they were from Boston then proceeded to get my Jamaican Beef patty w coco Bread / cheeseI’ve been to PRs on Blue hill and many other spots n mattapan/Dorchester , This patty was sooo soo dry and hard and the coco Bread definitely came from market basket , oh they charged me 8$ for my horrible patty , let alone get a full MEAL ..

We had been meaning to try this place out since it was announced and finally had a chance to try it.We have had Jamaican before, and this was quite well done.We had the:- Oxtail Plate- Curry Chicken Plate- Stew Chicken Plate- Beef Patty- Chicken Patty- Fried Chicken (Legs)Overall we really liked the food, the Oxtail was really well done as was the Stew Chicken Plate. I enjoyed the Curry chicken. The Patties weren't my favorite, but the Fried Chicken had a great flavor with a little spice. When you order here, make sure to ask for extra sauce on your rice and peas (Beans are replaced with traditional Pigeon Peas).

J*** chicken was flavorful and spicy and NOT DRY! I'm always scared to order chicken at restaurants because it's often overcooked but this chicken was perfect. Rice was great with the j*** sauce on top. Will definitely be coming back.

I went to buy some chicken but unfortunately there was only one flavor of chicken which was the chicken around 7:30 in the evening. I purchased a medium and the young man only gave me a very small portion of chicken as which included mostly bones. I went back and the owner gave me another serving. The food tastes good but each time I go there with has been (3x) there is hardly any choices. Needless to say, they need to provide more choices, in comparison to their menu which has many options, they only have one or two.

We bought two plates, one with curry goat, rice and beans and vegetable, the second plate bbq j*** chicken with rice and beans and 3 beef patties. In all honesty the flavors were on point, full of flavor, however, it was too spicy for me! Never thought I would ever say that. So I ate half my plate. My husband ate his entire plate, with a lil sweat on his forehead. I’m saving my other half of the plate for tomorrow. Ooh the price was great.
