Took my daugher for a lunch Aug 2025, we both had burgers. Not what I remember Fridays being like years ago.

Avoid this place at all costs. It’s filthy — flies everywhere — and the staff is rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. I’ve been to this Fridays before, but I have never been treated with such disrespect.
From the start, our server kept forgetting things and making comments that felt targeted. We weren’t clearly told the rules for Endless Apps, yet when I gave my boyfriend one mozzarella stick, the situation escalated like we’d committed a crime.
When we voiced our concerns to the manager, he admitted he had been watching us since we walked in — not to provide good service, but to look for reasons to accuse us. Why are paying customers being surveilled like criminals? This wasn’t just bad service — it felt discriminatory and humiliating.
The manager refused to listen, defended his staff, and made the entire dining experience hostile. If you value being treated with dignity, stay far away from this Fridays. Their “Endless Apps” come with endless judgment, embarrassment, and surveillance.

Food is delicious and service is fast and Izzy is the best bartender and makes the best drinks
Food was very disappointing. It was our first time visiting this TGI FRIDAYS since we don’t live in the area and we normally went to the one in Dartmouth that closed down. This is experience worthy of not coming back. The service was poor. The waitress was constantly MIA and never refilled empty drinks so I had to sip from my son’s drink. The food portions were terrible. We are adults not children. The fish n chips was so much batter and thin fish , the chicken and shrimp my wife got was very thin and small chicken.. my kids meals were ok although they stayed not much flavor. Odd for a waitress to not even ask us how our meal was especially when it was clear I was annoyed. Anyways I would not recommend

I went there at night. I usally love TGIF but last nights food service was bad. I ordered the million cob salad. It was missing ingriedients and look like the chicken was cut in half. I sent it back. The pasta my daughter ordered was so dry and lacked ingriedients such as a good amount of shrimp. The salmon i ordered was good but the rice that came with it was steal and old like they scraped the very bottom of the pot. The manager came over and i explained and showed her the rice. She asked did I want new rice i said no but I thought she would have common curtesy and bring a new one because you could clearly see the rice was steal and old. Im never going back there... if i go out to eat then i expect good food. Sadly they let me and my family down with the service received yesterday... Not sure if they trying to save money by giving less quality and quantity of food. I could have prepared way better at home. Oh yeah kids meal alfrado was bad too....

I love the whiskey glaze chicken at Friday'and the service was good too.
We go to this Friday's location often, and each time we are very pleased with the food and service. The service is consistently excellent, and the wait staff are helpful and attentive and go above and beyond. The food dishes we get are always delicious. The manager should be proud of this all-star staff!

We came in with a party of 6 including 2 toddlers, so you know how that goes! The food was immaculate. Service was top tier. Our server Zion was very attentive and helpful. He checked in on us and made sure we were 100% satisfied with our meals. Nate was very personable and came out to talk to us regarding our great experience. The chef did amazing! I’ve been here multiple times and this was hands down the best experience I’ve had at a TGIF! Thanks team for making this a memorable one for me and my family!!!
