Was having a great time. Great bartenders and service 99% of the time. Then I use the restroom and was clearing my nose so that I could breath and tried having the respect for the people eating and that’s another reason I choose to excuse myself to the restroom. I got my nose broke this past Labor Day and was hospitalized to now I am like 100% more prone to respiratory issue. I blew my nose 5 times and used my nasal spray and a Vic vapor stick. When I got back to my seat, Joe, the horrible manager there out loud in front of the whole establishment makes an accusation of me doing drugs is the restroom. And then this little blonde; frankly over worked and malnourished looking waitress goes “yeah that’s not cool.” Mind you I’ve been going to this establishment before the two harasser even worked here and I always tip generously and literally everyone always has nothing but good things to say about me. I also even tipped the unfortunate looking waitress $5 last night who had the Gaul to make commentary just for being a nice person. I am disgusted and so surprised that Fridays employees this type of employee who would make a accusation they have no proof of and cause a scene and embarrass such a loyal and well liked rewards member. Do better Fridays. Smarten up Joe.

For some reason, this particular location is always clean, with a great atmosphere and good food. Great service. I usually get the jack Daniel burger , great apps as well. They always have specials in drinks.

I had a a really had experience on Friday at 11:00 pm when I arrived the host was no where to be seen. when our host sat us she rude and may I add we waited 20 minutes for a server to great us I Ended leaving because that was a little outlandish. I give this one stars because the seats look like they are falling apart , and the Bath rooms are disgusting I would be scared to walk in the bathrooms and be afraid to get sick . I want to speak about the food as well I rated that a 2 because it’s like a microwave frozen meal and the drinks are like they just put stuff together and surved it . I would not step foot in here even if it is your last option: In terms of TJI Fridays in Braintree it’s way better, greated, and served promptly so it’s not so much TJI Fridays as a establishment it’s that location that needs to be looked into.

Haven't been to Friday's in a LONG time but was here the other day and the EMT bar tender was phenomenal! She really does her job well and connects with the patrons. She had an amazing smile and electrifying attitude!!!
Mike was absolutely great! His manners are phenomenal! Will definitely come here again! But only if he’s working! He will cheer up your day!

Lilly the waiter, never checked on us. But the table behind us she checked in at least 3x. I wanted another drink and dessert. By the time she came back we were done eating. The place was dam near empty, we saw her talking. I honestly didn’t want to tip her, but we did. I have a feeling why she didn’t check on us, but I’m keep it to myself.
