The Wing Experience

Ordered through the app purchased the bogo 6 wings for 10.99 had 4 in the cart only received two 12 wings for $30 is insane. Called the restaurant to inform of the mishap to be hung up on twice spoken to rudely by Kayla and the higher up manger was even worse. I was told they couldn’t do anything for my order even if I drove to the store myself. This is the worst customer service given in 2024. Atleast offer a gift card to rectify the situation not tell me it’s not your problem! Wings smell like trash

I got delivery. But if the service and atmosphere are anything like the effort put into the food then its just as bad. Barely any sauce on wings. Chicken very overcooked. Barely any dry rub on fries. The only reason to go to this place is the variety of sauces, but if they arent putting any sauce on the wings then whats the point?

Team Us 2K enjoyed a nice dinner at Smokey Bones. Dinner included a custom platter which included Ribs along with Cajun Chicken Wings, Fries & Steamed Broccoli, Bacon Cheeseburger & Fries and Buffalo Wings & Fries. Food was extremely delicious. Waitress was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about food and beverages.

Great wings! I order from here quite often since I discovered this place 2 months ago. And the mango lemonade is fire.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch while running errands. Our server was very attentive, the hostess sat people spaced out and the food was ok. We both did a build your own burger and even though I asked for medium rare, it came out more medium. Nothing too fancy, if you are a fan of BBQ, worth a stop in.

They pushed my order almost 2 hours back . And I’m starving

So-so service, good wings, great burger and outstanding warm donuts with raspberry and chocolate dipping sauces!

I’d definitely skip this place. Whole experience was disappointing. I thought for a chain near i knew what i could expect. I was wrong. The servers were not very interested in taking our order and had even less interest in getting it right. She had a group of friends seated nearby that she seemed to be more interested in chatting with. I’m patient and i understand having fun at work is important but this was, well, it all just felt poorly run and disorganized. The food we did receive was mediocre at best and the entire meal took far longer than it should have (Nevermind that 2 of the 3 meals were nearly took temp when they finally arrived.) We spent a great deal of time waiting. Definitely won’t be returning.

First time in a number of years and ready to go back...Wish I remembered server/bartender name as she (and staff) were amazing....will definitely be back and ready to try something else (wings and mac and cheese and pulled pork top notch!)

Hawaiian Rib Eye. Awesomely grilled as you wish.

The ribs are always good, the tacos are good and spicy
