The awful music was so loud she couldn't hear our order and also we really couldn't have a conversation. It was not pleasant. even soft music would be an improvement but that was awful!

This is a beautiful Dunks with a friendly staff! However…low rank due to the A/C cranking regardless of the outside weather. I expect in January I’ll want to sit outside to warm up vs staying inside. Also, they can’t get the Wraps right. I constantly was given undercooked egg & sausage wraps with the wrap covered in oil. I would ask to have them make another and it was the same. Finally gave up after several visits.

The coolest Dunkin' I've even been to hands down, but the service was not the best, though. There were only two employees working there, and the one behind the counter misheard my very clear order. When they put out my order, I told them that it was supposed to be something else, and they happily remade it and were really apologetic about it. The swing outside is a cool touch, and all the cool signs inside are a nice touch, too. It is weird that there is no drive-thru, though.

Looks nice and new. No drive through. If I have to get out of the car and go in I will stop at a Cumberland farms instead. There i make it myself so I know its right and its half the cost.

This dunkin donuts is the best one I have ever been to. We have lived in VA for 20 years so every time we go home to MA we get Dunkin'. Whomever hired the staff at this location should receive a metal. These ladies are the absolute best, so friendly and sweet even at 6AM. My husband and I tried to go every single day on our vacation.
