Horrible service! Each time I’ve come to this location I end up disappointed. Today was the last straw. The two ladies working this location try but can not get it right. The older lady takes the orders whilst the younger lady does everything else from making the drinks to running back to sandwich station to make those orders. She’s constantly having to apologize to customers for then older lady’s mistakes and miscommunications. There is a language barrier which makes taken and understanding order difficult but for that matter they do their best. Today I tried to save them time bc they were overwhelmed with orders and people walking in. I asked for my muffin to just be put in the bag with butter on the side. The older lady proceeds to walk my muffin down to the already overwhelmed lady at the sandwich station. I tell her no just put it in the bag please and I’ll take it. She got all bent out of shape bc she couldn’t understand. She took the time I tried to save her and used it to argue with me about how I said i wanted it warmed etc. She then starts speaking her language to the other girl and slams my tea on the counter and walks away! Then I get to work and find my tea to be made wrong. It has clear directions on the cup.

The staff has been pleasant and fine each time I've been there. But unfortunately it was maybe 50-50 I'd get what I went there for. I gave it plenty of chances since they're close to me. Here they are... each one a SEPARATE occurrence:1: App to pre-order always has Zzzzz. Apparently they are the Dunkin Donuts that are allowed not to do it or fix the reason why they can't.2: Their hot water isn't working, so no coffee is available. (that happened a few times!)3: The ice machine isn't working, so no iced coffee.4: The AC isn't working, so we're closed for the day. (that happened a few times too!)5: The heat isn't working, so we're closed for the day.Basically, I never go - because I expect to see a sign outside the door saying what they DON'T offer, if they're even open at all. I think they should just close this one.

Who ever is working there has to realize it's a freakin pandemic. She has no mask, she wore plastic gloves while cooking food, that's great, but she touched her mouth several times and proceeded to handle the food, then she gave it to me and said have a great day! That food went directly in the trash! Never go there again!!

Ordered a sandwich online for in store pickup come to find out from the lady behind the counter they ‘ran out of the bread for the sandwich’. This is not a problem in itself although it’s a little odd for a place selling coffee, donuts and breakfast sandwiches to ‘run out of bread’. One star rating is because I was then told I could not get a refund! I was charged for a sandwich they did not have and then told I couldn’t get my money back! Their excuse was ‘the manager isnt here’. Absolutely insane and inappropriate to charge someone for something and then A) not provide it and B) refuse to provide some kind of compensation. It’s gotta be illegal right? Rather than pick a fight with some teenager in over their head for $5 I will just spend my money somewhere else, and I will encourage you to do the same.

I was waiting for a server to acknowledge me and two employees ignored me. I was told they were busy.
Said strawberry donut and large caramel macchiato. Got a medium macchiato that didn’t look like a macchiato at all, that DEFINITELY didn’t have any caramel, barely any sugar. Learn how to listen and how to prepare drinks the correct way. I was a barista once and I could do your job better than you.Then, you remade it because I reminded you I said large, we all make mistakes. You remade the large incorrectly as well. Forgetting the caramel and shaking it so the two colors settled into one color. Thanks for overcharging me as well. Real nice.

Im amazed this store is able to keep its doors open. When you walk in a DD at 8am and there isnt a line, something is seriously wrong, BE ADVISED. Tried several times to make it work, im tired of it. Manager is good for refunding your money, if that is what is in the job description then hell of a job, my money was refunded in less than a minute. These are the kind of people that can’t make 2 coffees at the same time. To make it short, if what you are looking for is to buy coffee and then have your money refunded in no time, look no further, this is your place.

Very rude customer service and they are racist. I ordered large coffee and they gave small and when I asked she pulled the coffee from the tray and my other coffee spilled she didn’t even say sorry. Then she brought the big coffee and put it on the table with the big sound. That lady was rude, and I will never go there, I’m not sure if she is the manger for the store.
