Breakfast is no longer anything to brag about compared to years past. I wouldn’t go out of my way to fly there for breakfast. Nice airport , friendly personnel but food nothing to write home about.
What a great place to go on a weekend to relax, have a coffee and breakfast, and watch the private aircraft come and go on the small airstrip.Indoor and outdoor seating. Wonderful staff.First time there and will be back for sure!
Food was good but little thing could have been better. I had a lamb burger that was cooked well but was smaller than the bun it was served on. My son love the pulled pork sandwich. No chips or fries came with the meals. They do have outdoor seating that allow you to watcha the planes coming and going.
I went here once before and the food to value ratio was pretty close. I just went again this past weekend and I am sorry to say that the scales have shifted greatly. The food was mediocre and the cost was over the top. We had mimosas and a bloody mary and the mimosa's were tiny and the bloody mary was also small and watery. They no longer have wait staff and the came in take out containers so I'm not sure why they also add a mandatory %20 gratuity. I also thought the portions were small as I left there hungry. The worst part was the cost. It cost us $175 for breakfast for 4 people. $175??? By far the most expensive, underwhelming breakfast I've ever had. I feel bad saying this because Nancy is super nice but she also said she's looking to sell the entire operation (airport and restaurant) so maybe they're trying to make a quick buck before they retire? Sad to say that this will be my last visit but I wasn't sure what it was I paid close to $300 for.
My 4 year loved the experience of watching the small planes land/take off while he ate his brunch. The food was good too, tried the lamb burger with Belgian fries. The tiramisu was so good. will definitely be coming back.
Went here on 9/25/22 and what a disappointing experience. No wait staff. You place your order at the front register and the order is dropped off at your table in ‘to go ‘ packing. Then there is the 20% surcharge that I was told goes to paying their back end staff a living wage. This surcharge was then taxed along with our food items. If wages were the real issue and per the manager they are paying help $15.00 per hour, why do you still not have servers and a dishwasher?Very limited menu. We were not able to order a regular breakfast meal but were limited to the few ‘breakfast specials’.Our party of two had to order from their ‘specials’, two bagels with egg, one order of homefries and two coffees.SHOCKED at what we had to pay:$56.00 !!If we did not have to be somewhere that day at a certain time we would have left.We will not be back.Shutter your doors.
Seriously gone down hill! Used to be a fun place. Had brunch brought to me on a paper plate and my husband had his in a take out box. 14.00 Bloody Mary in a small plastic cup. The bacon was so burned it was hard to eat. This breakfast cost us close to $100.00. They went too far after Covid and we felt we were absolutely ripped off. She should sell the place to someone who may care about the dining experience because this was miserable. Tavern on the square offer a nice brunch on weekends. Fogo de Chau in Burlington offers a full brunch spread for $32.95!
Had a nice brunch, French toast and a breakfast burrito. Pleasant atmosphere.
Underwhelming lunch experience today at what could have been a fun spot. Sure, they have outdoor (and indoor for that matter) seating that overlooks a pretty active but that's where the positive experience ended. The prices are staggeringly high and they have a tiny menu. To make matters worse they were out of a whole bunch of items, making out selection that much more challenging. The food was very average and none of our main items came with sides.I had the special chicken curry wrap which was okay-ish and my wife's burger was very average. We also had their French toast and a couple of cans of seltzer and our total was well over $70 which is insane. While the kids did very much enjoy watching the planes, I really wish we had gone elsewhere.
Nancy's food surpassed all my expectations (example, I don't like sweet breakfast like waffles, but it was so good, I'd come back for them) Even the coffee was perfect hot. If you ever get the chance to visit this restaurant, you will be treated with an impressionable specials menu and regular menu full of something for everyone. I can't wait to go back and I want my boyfriend to take me back there for a dinner date. The staff was also excellent & kind. Thank you, Nancy's.

Love the outdoor casual dining environment, and very family friendly atmosphere but I am sad to say the brunch was exorbitantly overpriced. For two breakfast burritos (which came with no sides) and a french toast, two orange juices, and an iced tea we payed 77$. I understand and appreciate that small businesses like this are still open considering all of the demands of the cost of produce, wait staff etc., but local families are struggling too. We have two small children, and thought it would be a nice treat to go out to breakfast and watch the airplanes. Since we came with little kids, after seeing the high prices we didn't really have another choice but to stay and eat. Not only can we not afford to come back, but we left feeling like the food and service was very lack lustre. The menu is limited as well and did not have many kid-friendly choices. Maybe dinner is different scenario, but for families looking to grab a bite to eat, you may want to consider elsewhere. On a positive note I must also add the staff was incredibly friendly, I do hope they are able to get back to some level of normalcy, so that local families have a place to enjoy!
Just a disappointment. I remember this place pre covid I would ride my bike to them for a date with my husband. Now You seat yourself order what I call take out it comes in takeout containers plastic everything you bring it to your own table 67.00 for 2 for breakfast plus they have a 20% gratuity included in your order…wowMy egg scramble was brown ? Not sure why my eggs were a green brown. Hard no! I say this with sadness for the fond memories I had of this place
No longer what it used to be. Instead of table service you order at a counter. You are then forced to tip 20%, on top of already unreasonable prices, for somebody to walk your food 10ft to your table. Table was not clean despite it not being very busy at all. Very reduced menu as well. Food was good, albeit served in paper plates and to-go boxes. Employees were very friendly and polite. Probably won't go back, it's no longer a fun restaurant with character, it's just a novel overpriced breakfast stand with an entertaining view
Food is really good, service is good. It's fun to sit outside and watch the GA traffic fly in and out while you eat you $100 hamburger. ?
Nice family diner-esque (order from a counter) brunch with a view of the airfield (which is active). Avocado toast was good.
