Valentine’s Day, went for drinks and dinner With my boyfriend because we worked all day and because it was in the neighborhood. Well, the service was awful. The food was not tasty and they got the order wrong twice. The server never came by to see if everything was all right, otherwise they would’ve known. I had to go get a server to let him know the order was wrong. Then I had to get my own fork to eat when the right order came at approximately 8:30 PM . Happy Valentine’s Day Red Ginger you suck!!!

Took a to go order, lady at the counter was very impersonal, even if nobody was there.Food wise, we got several maki and special rolls, let’s just say that the Market Basket ones are waaayyy better.First and last time .

We are not from the area but were an hour early to visit friends so we stopped in for a drink. It was delicious. Scorpion Bowl. The bartender was super friendly and the food looked and smelled delicious. We will definitely eat here the next time we visit the area!

Our server didn't really listen and as a result my date's tea was all screwed up.They were doing repairs that were very noisy and should have been done after hours.

I know NYE is the busiest for Chinese restaurants but this was horrible. We ate in arrived about 430pm. We ordered multiple entrees and pu pu platter for 4. Literally everything came out cold even the soup. After sending back the pu pu platters one of them came back with no chicken wings that were clearly on there when we sent it back to be reheated. Portions were small everything lacked flavor. No apologies for stone cold food. I don't expect perfection but I do expect my food to be at least warm.

The food was really good but the host was one of rudest people I've ever dealt with.I've worked in the food industry for many years and could not ever seeing anyone more rude.She didn't like it when I barked back at her.She shouldn't be in that position.

We had avoided Red Ginger because of the negative reviews, but some friends said they go there and like it, so we thought we'd give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised. I tdid think the egg drop soup was a bit bland, but the rest of the meal was delicious! Service was fine, too. We'll be back!
