My family used to love getting take out from this place. What happened? Everything we got last night was a massive downgrade, and sold at a huge upcharge.First was a Steak Bomb which tasted like boiled beef and a slice of unmelted cheese. I couldn't taste (or see, for that matter) the peppers, onions and mushrooms that define the flavor explosion of the "bomb". It was so dry and bready, it gave me hiccups.Veal parm was smothered in cheese. Mom couldn't tell how the veal was cooked, because of the excessive amount of cheese.Lastly, a Godfather sub with ingredients tossed in unevenly, and a hard mass of cheese that made the sub difficult for my dad to chew.This place has fallen so far in just a few months. We'll not ask for a refund, since we ate the food, but we all agreed that we are not going to return here, at least not for a while.

I ordered the fresh linguine marinara. I was excited that they would use fresh pasta, but the excitement did not last long. The pasta was overcooked by at least a minute or two. This resulted in a mushy texture. The sauce was ladled on top and not mixed in with the pasta. Another Italian no no. The sauce was good but it is the same sauce my local pizza place in Westford uses so I know it wasn't made in house. This place could be so much better if they cared about the quality of the food.

The food is excellent and the service efficient. The ambiance is that of most pizza places but don't let that deter you from this place! Carlos is personable and let us in on his philosophy. Give good quality food at a good price and people will appreciate it. I didn't just appreciate it, I LOVED IT! I think Carlos has the right recipe! Make sure you try the dynamite sticks!!

Our team ordered Jalapeno Poppers, Mozzarella Sticks, Buffalo Tenders, Large Cheese Pizza, and a Large BBQ Pork Pizza. The entire team was floored by the quality of the pizza and how tasty the appetizers were. We will definitely be buying from Franco's again! AMAZING FOOD!

Each time we order here we never had a bad or terrible experience food is consistent and service is always friendly and fast. We will always stop by here even if we live out of town. Tasty eggplant and veal parmigiana must try the entire menu.

1st time here and very disappointed . I got a "large" di prosciutto sub that consisted of a sub roll with a single layer of wafer thin tomatoes, maybe an 1/8 of an inch of mozzarella and a single slice of prosciutto. Don't waste your money .

If you haven't eaten at Franco's you're missing out. I recently had the pleasure to enjoy the absolute most delicious sweet potato fries. Crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked on the inside. We also had the eggplant parm paini and wings. Everything was amazing. The staff is super friendly and incredibly patient.Kid-friendliness: They have these awesome little tables with crayons and coloring books. My little guy was so happy he didn't want to leave.
