Attended a wedding here and the venue was excellent. The chapel did a great job of maintaining the 1700s feel while clearly being updated. The cocktail hour and reception/dinner where held elsewhere on the grounds and again were set up very well and the staff was very attentive and helpful.
A beautiful site for afternoon adventures. I was there for a Fife and Drum Muster, including Corps and Bands from around the Northeast. The scenery is quaint New England at its finest.
Enjoy the beer tent for, well, beer and also pretzels. There are your typical tchotchkes at the store, asking with apples and apple products.

The restaurant is like stepping back into time. I returned to my home state and have not been to Wayside Inn for 20 years and it exceeded my expectations on the food, the atmosphere, the history and just a great lunch time experience. I built this place up to my family and what a testament to the staff and management that it's still great. The food is so good, our server was so personable. Hopefully Wayside will never change.
