It was fine, very standard. Handled our eleven person group well.

Excellent burgers, very attentive and friendly wait staff. Music a tad too loud & tons of children there (family oriented). Free parking. Great joint.

I wanted to like this place, but the food was very mediocre - overcooked shrimp and fish, bland sides, brought out so quickly to suggest everything was premade and just reheated. Perhaps an off night during the week, but given the food and price, I doubt we’ll try again.

Mixed bag experience here. The menu has a lot of options ranging from burgers to seafood, and a range of cocktails. The server Samantha was great and visited enough to be on her A-game but not so often that she interrupts a lot (great work). The atmosphere was fine but not spectacular - the two person seating feels a little shunted into a wall. Okay volume if you are hard of hearing.
My only real complaint was the food & drink. While the Bavarian pretzels for the appetizer were good and relatively standard, my main entree and drink were not very impressively or flavorful. The sauce used for this dish made the veggies really goopy and sweet in a way that wasnt enjoyable the rice and tuna were fine. For the same style dish at somewhere else local like the 110 you just got a lot more oomph with the meal. Similarly, the cocktail I got was fine (didn't skimp on the booze) but for the price, is t worth it over making it at home or from another establishment.
The resteraunt is fine and could be great if you are with people who like home style meals that includes fairly standard sides, but it's not somewhere I would return to over other options.

The food was amazing. I got the bourbon bbq burger, which was slightly burnt, but filled with flavor. We also got fried pickles to share at the table, and I have no complaints, they were the best fried pickles I have ever had. My really only complaint is that our waitress seemed a like she didn’t care and was a bit rude. She didn’t ask us the usual “how’s the food for you” but instead she seemed to give us some weird glares at some points. Besides that, everything was amazing, thanks!

I called recently at about 430 for reservations at 530 and the young woman who handled the call indicated that wouldn’t be necessary as they weren’t that busy. Ok, but reservations are reassuring to know we don’t have to wait. Also, a missed opportunity to get our phone and/or email for marketing purposes.

When we arrived we asked for a quiet tablet as there was a very large party up front creating a good amount of convivial noise. The corner table we were assigned was right under a ceiling vent which felt like a cold shower. So we moved. The new table came with some dried leftover food or beverage that defied the cleaning process.

Our waitress came by to take our order. She was disinterested at best and made no effort to connect or support/facilitate our choices.

I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken … “two boneless breasts marinated in teriyaki sauce with mixed veggies and rice.” It was inedible. If those breasts were ever marinated in anything it was days ago: they were bone dry and very tough…hard to even cut.
At best some store-bought teriyaki sauce was added at the last minute.

The accompanying rice was room temp at best …cold at worst.

The whole meal was obviously slapped down on the plate without any thought of a respectable presentation.

Our waitress tossed a to-go box on the table for my half-eaten meal … along with the check. Never heard the standard “is everything to your liking” check in from her. My guess is she knew better than to ask. A “thank you for coming” would have been well received. The front desk hostess mumbled something to that effect. Sorry to interrupt your scrolling.

The sad fact is: Mediocrity in many casual restaurants seems to be the modern de rigueur. In that regard OBT truly excelled.

The owner needs to read “Unreasonable Hospitality” and take some of its outstanding lessons to heart.

I am deeply saddened to write this. I’ve been a loyal regular here since finding them in August, 2025, visiting twice a week and consistently tipping upward of 30%+ because I value this staff, the value, quality and price of the food and the overall experience has been excellent.

Unfortunately, my recent experience was a 'hospitality' failure that has made me rethink my support. Since January, 2026, the business has dropped off and the staff response is to close early and to rush customers out as fast as possible. When we arrived, the back dining room, where we usually sit, was in darkness and we asked if they were closing early and if we should come back another time. We were told it was fine and we could sit in our usual area, but we said we didn’t want to be any bother and suggested the one open high top in the bar.

They are only open from 4 PM to 9 PM and we were seated 7:50PM, well before the 9 PM close. It was cold and a bit snowy outside, so we ate fast and were waiting for staff to leave. We were ignored and left waiting for a take home box and the bill, because the staff was focused on cleaning and doing sidework. They took our order at 8:12 PM and didn't present the final bill until 9:03 PM. At 9:14 PM—just 11 minutes after the check arrived—they cranked the house lights to full brightness and killed the music to force us out. We had paid and were putting out coats on and there was only one other party of 2 in the whole place. It was beyond rude and seemed hostile and unnecessary.
It is poor form to use 'closing cues' on guests when the delay was entirely created by the restaurant’s own neglect and we were in the process of leaving and so were the other two people in the place.

When we raised this with the night manager, she was dismissive; stating it was 'policy' to think of the staff and the lights had to go up at 9:14 PM. When I told her it wasn't a nice way to treat loyal customers who spend a lot of time and money at the restaurant, she became defensive about her personality rather than addressing the service breakdown, implying I had said she wasn’t nice. When I had said if she thought it was okay to treat people in the manner she had, she wasn’t very nice. She even told me she was 'fine' with me escalating this to the owner, as if we had been wrong to say something.

As a customer who has been a dedicated supporter of this business, being treated like an inconvenience was a slap in the face and unreasonable in a situation that could have been solved with an apology. I won't be returning to spend my money where the cleaning schedule and leaving early is more important than the guests and keeping the business, especially during down times like January.

I ordered takeout, their fish dinner and their burger was not disappointed. The food was excellent and plenty of it. I did walk in to pick up our order and the place is just beautiful. I’ve already planned to return with some friends in a week to have dinner. Hostess was very friendly couldn’t have asked for anything better one of the best fish dinners I’ve had in a long time. Thank you to the kitchen staff!

Great service and excellent ambiance. Their definition of medium rare is the same as my definition of raw, but we can look past that.

Fresh cobb salad. Good quality. Beer battered onion rings are awesome.

Food was average. Extra dry chicken in the chicken sandwich. Beets in the beet salad were from a can and the waffle fries were fried in bitter oil that needed to be swapped out earlier. The onion soup and grilled shrimp were bland. The atmosphere was cozy. Service was very friendly and quick. Overall, it's not a bad place to go to, but don't expect greatness from the food itself.
