I ordered miso soup and the girls are off the hot/cooked menu, and two pieces of shrimp two pieces of salmon and their Route 66 roll. I guess I was primarily disappointed that it felt like the wait staff spoke primarily Chinese or English. And there was no sense of a Japanese welcome the typical 'Irashai' when you enter a Japanese restaurant for business was missing. Nobody greeted me in Japanese in any way. Excellent sushi, been going here for years. Sadly, last night, they fell down on service. Served me a partial order and by the time my order was completed (after pointing out the mistake) my dining companions had already finished and were ready to go.
