I ordered an order of chicken tenders and a garden salad at 2:39 pm today. My food was delivered at 3:30 pm, over 50 minutes, that's unacceptable. No vall from. The restaurant Manager never called me to let me know that it would be so long for the delivery

Papa Gino’s never disappoints. Had an awesome pizza and some great apps. Restaurant was clean and the service was very friendly. So glad we still have papa Gino’s here in Sudbury.
Kid-friendliness: Lot of booths which are great for the kids.
The people make all the difference! Classic Papa Gino Pizza, good lunch specials. Try the Bacon Cheeseburger with Fries with thousand Island dressing.

Ordered large chicken tenders asked for extra bbq sauce because last time I ordered this meal there was not enough sauce to finish the meal with. I was told I had to pay extra for more sauce even though there was not enough to finish the meal.

It was my first time at this pizza place after 2 days earlier I had a very bad experience at another pizza place in South Boston at this place in Sudbury they just gave me two slices on the house that was very nice of them I wasn't even looking to get something for free I was just hungry and I wanted a slice. Thank you for a great customer service

The pizza here never disappoints. They are always so kind and never rush you even when closing time comes. And even when there’s a big rush I never have to doubt that I will get my order correctly and when they said they would. Their grill food is just as good, if not better, than their pizza. This place truly doesn’t have a single aspect in them that lacks behind. I drive from multiple towns away just for pizza and food here
