been going here for like 5 years because it’s the closet one to me. every single time my SIX DOLLAR drink is 95% ice and 5% drink no matter if you order light ice or not. this is my drink after a drank it, litterally took me 2 seconds to drink because it was all ice.

I was studying there for four hours straight, and already the service, coffee, and ambience were great. As I was leaving, one of the baristas lets me know that I was radiating “main character energy” as I sat there studying. I love you guys. Made my week. 10/10 will be a regular now

Every morning when I pick up my coffee at this Starbucks location, it takes a minimum of 30 minutes. That is not an exaggeration.
They see me sitting and waiting, for over 20 minutes every time and no one apologizes, tries to make it right, or anything. It’s the worst customer service I’ve ever seen at any Starbucks location.

Ordered a tall latte and got a cup that was 1/3 full. Strange for Starbucks, which is usually super consistent. Management needs to step up the training here. To the staff’s credit, they quickly remade it for me.

Ordered mobile and enjoyed the lively team save for an older guy who kept swearing up a storm. Sort of had an uncomfortable atmosphere around him because of that.

They make my mornings possible and always make sure to ask me how my morning is! I love the staff and appreciate how they help me find my drink and ask if I’ve gotten all my items. There is never a wait in the morning, which I appreciate when I’m in a rush.

Me and my 4 yo son were just in there getting some coffee and breakfast. The young dude that took our order noticed that my son had a dinosaur mask on he's obsessed with. While making our sandwiches, he doodled a different Dino on each sandwich bag. It was and will be the highlight of my son's day. Huge shout out to you!

There’s a gentleman named Matt, who was wearing an apron, and works the morning shift at the Sudbury Starbucks. He’s super nice and always efficient. Every time I visit, it’s a pleasant experience.

I’m not one to write reviews, but I just had to for this location. This Starbucks is consistently the slowest I’ve ever been to. I order by mobile to save time, but every single time I still have to wait 10- 15 minutes, and they often get my order wrong—this is the third time they’ve messed it up. The staff is disorganized and lacks urgency, and one employee even grabbed the bag from my hand, thinking I had the wrong order. It’s so bad that it’s made me late for work more than once. I only keep coming here because it’s the closest to my job. The owner really needs to do something about this, or they’re going to keep losing customers. This level of service is inconsiderate

40 minutes to make an Iced Blonde Vanilla Latte. At the 20 min waiting mark, I asked how much longer for my order, as several people came in, ordered, got their drink and left before me. The barista told me that I was a mobile order, and as long as people kept walking inside to order, he had to take care of them. I get that, I ordered online and they're here in person. But it had been 25 mins at this point, i was the only one in there at that point, and the barista went into the back room before I could say anything else. 20 mins after that (so 40ish total) I have my drink, and it's the wrong one. I've never had such poor service at any other location, this one seems to really be lacking on several different business fronts.

My daughters are always happy at this location and love the cake pops and Carmel Frappuccino!!!
