Me and my 4 yo son were just in there getting some coffee and breakfast. The young dude that took our order noticed that my son had a dinosaur mask on he's obsessed with. While making our sandwiches, he doodled a different Dino on each sandwich bag. It was and will be the highlight of my son's day. Huge shout out to you!

There’s a gentleman named Matt, who was wearing an apron, and works the morning shift at the Sudbury Starbucks. He’s super nice and always efficient. Every time I visit, it’s a pleasant experience.

Sneak Peak

I’m not one to write reviews, but I just had to for this location. This Starbucks is consistently the slowest I’ve ever been to. I order by mobile to save time, but every single time I still have to wait 10- 15 minutes, and they often get my order wrong—this is the third time they’ve messed it up. The staff is disorganized and lacks urgency, and one employee even grabbed the bag from my hand, thinking I had the wrong order. It’s so bad that it’s made me late for work more than once. I only keep coming here because it’s the closest to my job. The owner really needs to do something about this, or they’re going to keep losing customers. This level of service is inconsiderate

40 minutes to make an Iced Blonde Vanilla Latte. At the 20 min waiting mark, I asked how much longer for my order, as several people came in, ordered, got their drink and left before me. The barista told me that I was a mobile order, and as long as people kept walking inside to order, he had to take care of them. I get that, I ordered online and they're here in person. But it had been 25 mins at this point, i was the only one in there at that point, and the barista went into the back room before I could say anything else. 20 mins after that (so 40ish total) I have my drink, and it's the wrong one. I've never had such poor service at any other location, this one seems to really be lacking on several different business fronts.

Slowest service of any Starbucks I have been to. Only two people in front of me when I arrived. It was 2-3 minutes before their order was taken and about 12 minutes before I got my drink. This is not my first time to have this experience at this store. Never again.

Expensive Taste

This is hilarious lol 15 minutes passed they are not even capable to make Americano. Typical american “ooh no he didnt tip me”. Yall lost your mind, find God.Some old lady standing there scraping off chocolate or whatever off the plate, go make mw my Americano, you are paid to do your work or go home

Starbucks Sudbury to visit on the go. Small interior but very well maintained. Ambience was good. Short wait time for orders. Friendly staff! Definitely would go again!
