the poo that comes out of my dogs ssa looks more appetizing than the food at this place. the guy w curly hair n glasses who was taking our order FARTED n kept pushing the smell towards me w his hand. very much rude, unsanitary, creep vibes.

Food is great, but service is awful.The pizza was greasy and cheesy. The fries were very good as well nice and crispy.The only thing that needs work here is the service. The main counter person had a beard and beanie on was nothing but rude. I asked how big the difference is between medium and large and he said 2inches like I would know what the pizza is. He made it very uncomfortable eating inside as he was watching my wife and kids eat. When my son was crying because he was hungry and wanted to eat the guy stared like a deer in headlights.This guy does not belong in food service!

Favorite pizza around. Lots of toppings to choose from that are fresh, pizzas are loaded and delicious! Regular crust, not too thin or deep dish, but also light and not overwhelmingly filling. Will be back soon!

I love the food here I've been eating it for years It has been amazing the whole time I've been going here. The service is always great the only thing I miss about the ambiance is the video games they used to have in there. Best steak and cheese in the pioneer valley.

I have been eating here for as long as I can remember/care to admit. Food is always solid, people are great. Nothing fancy, but very good for the price and the location makes it easy.They put to much cheese on the pizza in my opinion, but most people seem to like that.
No acknowledgement of loyal customers whatsoever, especially during the covid. The delivery service is about as expensive as the food nowadays.

I ordered at lunchtime for 830 after I got out of work. An hour before I was supposed to grab it I got a phone call saying they would be closing early because they needed "a break". I told them I could pay over the phone if they could leave it outside and was told no.

The pizza is wonderful but, the service needs a bit more work. It’s very unorganized, I ended up getting someone else’s pizza while waiting for mine. They don’t seem to be good with large crowds and when they have them it’s very stressful waiting for your food. Hopefully they get more organized so it’s a smooth process to order and pick up food. Also the young male that works in front is rude at times which makes you not even want to reorder.

Omg I have never been so disappointed with my food like this. I ordered 81.00 worth of food. My BBQ steak pizza was completely burnt. My husband had a Reuben grinder, there was litterly one piece of meat on it and it was drenched in sauce. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM HERE!!!!
