I ordered online, a very simple blt with extra ranch.
When I got there a lovely lady greeted me warmly and complimented my hair! Great.
When I got home I saw my sandwich wrapped so cleanly and gently along with a side of extra ranch, just incase (IYKYK)
I could taste the love in this BLT.
Thank you for giving me the BLT I needed today :)

What the hell is the problem with the worker at this place? I've never felt so awkward and unwelcomed. The most unfriendly worker I have ever experienced. As son as i walk she gives me the stink eye acting like I'm the j*** for ordering a sub. Literally huffs under her breath after every question. Slams the bread around. Throws the pan lids down. Terrible. Experience really turned my mood. Most unhappy person wow

BEWARE of ordering thru App: I ordered the American club online for the first time through the subway app, didn't work out.. thinking they can't get it wrong since I'm stating what is on the sub - I did not want onions, but I got onions, and only 3, almost 4 tomato's, and I asked for pickles, no pickles. If this happened to someone allergic to onions, you'd have a lawsuit... not worth the money and I shouldn't have left a tip..

Everything started off fine until she “toasted” my bread and I use quotation marks because she just warmed up the bread. Next I asked for all the toppings besides one and she put them on unevenly across my sandwich. She put a decent amount of dressing on my sandwich but didn’t give me a bag for my sandwich AND my chips. I had to hold it all in my own hands instead of comfortably in a bag, plus I had a soda and my phone with no pockets so my hands were already full!! Also what’s up with the chip options, they need good chips like the dill pickle for example. I give this place a 2/10 it was pretty bad honestly mainly because of the worker that served me. I even tipped her and I wish I didn’t.

The people here are so nice, I placed an order online for a sandwich and revived a call a few min later very apologetically informing me they were out of the stuff for my sandwich and I ended up getting a different one but they were so nice and kind that they even gave me an extra cookie with my meal because they felt bad, they really do value customer service here I couldn’t be happier
