One opportunity to improve: Some of the employees extremely loud! They apparently forget the customers ca n t avoid hearing there loud personal conversations and inappropriate verbiage.
Nice spot for trucks to grab food and drinks off 146.
Highly recommend this Dunkin vs the one on 146 S or in the middle of Millbury!
The older woman who usually works early mornings at the window is a SWEETHEART. She is so friendly, she puts extra effort in, and I just love her.
I went inside for my order. The cashier was extremely pleasant and my order was prepared really quickly.
They mess up almost every single drink i order one way or another, better off buying the bottled stuff in the gas station.

So the Dunkin being the only coffee option in the gas station wasn't accepting counter orders, so we had to go through the drive thru. We ordered on the app and then waited 20 minutes for our food. We each ordered the $6 meal and then 10 munchkins for later. Neither of the -only warm- bacon egg and cheese croissants had cheese, there were 7 hash browns in the bags, so they were both not even half full. To top off the whole experience they had no munchkins so they offered a donut, of which mine tasted freezer burnt. I don't see how four people can mess up so badly.

Love how they use the excuse of short-staffed everyday. It is redundant that you have eight employees on and refuse to tend to the register up front. Problem is is you're told by corporate to only focus on online orders in the Drive-Thru. Guess I'll go to Honey dew donuts from here on out

I don't typically do negative reviews often I just deal with the outcome but after dealing with this just about everywhere and being a former manager for dunkins, I felt it necessary. I entered the store and there were 2 employees working. I approached but they were helping drive thru so I attempted to use the new self serve kiosk, but for some reason it would not work properly because it scanned my app yet still said I owed and I didnt understand because I had $8 on there so there was more than enough to cover the drink. The guy was the most attentive and he told me to come to the register, where I scanned my app again to pay, only this time he said I owed almost the full amount so that confirmed the kiosk did take my money but he just looked at me and I don't know ehat to tell you, and charged me the full amount again. Then he went back over to the drive thru and the girl proceeded to make my drink which was not made correctly but she barely even looked in my direction so eventually the guy came back over and asked if I wanted it remade to which I of course said Yes! Then I get the drink and this time, it did not have too much espresso but NONE!!! I do not appreciate paying all that money ( the price of 2 lattes )just to get back on the highway to NY and stuck with a cup of flavored oatmilk and cold foam on top. I'm saying all this because it's in hopes that management will see this and take the training aspect a little more seriously and I WANT my money back!!! I have lost too much money lately by just letting little things like this go.
