Service is typically horrible here. Order ahead online arrive, go inside and stillllll wait for your order. Staff will walk by you several times without acknowledging you. Millennials are the worst at customer service.

Usually the food is fine and the drinks are good. However, today my caramel brulee latte barely tasted like caramel. It was just milk with a little bit of espresso. Drive thru was closed and I could not online order. I felt bad because there wasn't much staff either.

I am very unsatisfied with the service at this starbucks. Had about 6 other people be served before me not even including the drive through and was stuck waiting for two simple drinks for 45 minutes. I was trying to do a return prior to my order as well and the manager was unnecessarily rude to me even tho i didnt even get mad at the fact the return could not go through. I will literally never go to this starbucks again i hate everyone here. The workers kept actively ignoring me as well even when i was not visibly angry. I usually am not one to complain about a wait time but this is just unacceptable this place is a disgrace to all the starbucks. Im actually pretty sure these people are racist. You dont have to like my race but do your job well god damn it like damn what the hell.

It's a Starbucks... Really nothing special to say about it. Better coffee than a Dunkin but costs 4x as much.

I stop at this location for an occasional treat. The baristas have always been nice, even when they're very busy. As for Starbucks products in general, I love the cold drinks in the summer. Haven't yet found a hot drink that awes me. Plus, they are never hot enough, even when ordered "extra hot."

Recent change is staff is welcoming. Service much improved. Lemon cake is good. There are spots/recliners where one can get comfortable

Super slow service today. After placing my order and processing payment they tell me the wait will be long. How about tell me before I order? Plus I had to ask the server repeatedly to speak louder, she seemed to think whispering was the best way to communicate

workers are horrible and rude, i have encountered many hostile and rude employees. 1 employee was refusing to fill my dearest friends all the way up, if she was paying for a trenta it should be filled all the way up or that is a waste of money and time ?. When i come into a coffee shop expect to encounter a sweet and happy environment but this place is the complete opposite. ?

Long line in drive thru so we said maybe it's not so bad inside walking in it smells like heaven and we had to stay at that point the part that was the best to see was the French Press being worked on. I have never actually seen one used.
