Employees at this store walk around like snails absolutely horrible service and will not be going back had to wait 25 minutes for a coffee and a cake pop stand by before going to this location there is another Starbucks in the same parking lot inside of Market 32 much better service

We came on Friday EVENING and it really didn’t seem to be busy but we waited for over 45 minutes in the drive thru line, would’ve been even longer but we ended up asking for a refund and just leaving without our drinks. The barista (Mason) honestly did not seem to see how much time we wasted waiting and was seemingly not very apologetic. I completely understand being understaffed or busy, but there seemed to be no sense of urgency. Would not recommend going here.

i ordered coffee for work 20 minutes before and when i came to pick it up it was like in the picture. then they told me to wait a few more minutes, i waited for 10 minutes but it didn't come so i gave up. late for work and no coffee, it's terrible :))). if you guys are overloaded you should close the ordering app

Once batista saw that I ordered a drink for my young child, she let me know that there was caffeine in it to make sure that was okay. So grateful, because the drink didn't seem like something that would have it!

If I could give zero stars I would, the staff today were incredibly unprofessional which names I’m not sure of but one had a blondish hair with short bangs, the other one had pink hair and the third one was a big girl, they gave no attention to the order we placed which was around 6-8pm on July 13th even though we were understanding of them still as the job is not easy and tiring as it is, our order was very very late, they gave out other people orders that came after us so we were confused and matter of fact the store was NOT busy at all we sat patiently and waited until there were no names called so we went up and asked about our order nicely and the staff seemed really dismissive of our complaint and acted nonchalant turns out the order we placed was not even being worked on at all! At the end they literally gave us the wrong order after we waited AGAIN, we ended up getting our money back and non of them cared to enough to apologize for wasting our time and patience instead they started talking to each other as if we were in the wrong and acting proud instead of taking accountability like a normal adult should. It’s extremely unprofessional of you Starbucks, you either need to better train your employees or done hire people like them at all.

I really try hard to love this Starbucks location since it is close by and has ample seating compared to some locations. The drinks are pretty reliable as far as taste and being correct.
My problem is that every time my friend and I meet up there (about twice per month) the place is unkept. I always clean the table of crumbs before we sit, lots of crumbs on the floor, the station where the trash, napkins, straws, etc. are is always unkept, and lastly the restroom…
The ladies room usually is in a state of not being clean. Today was especially gross with one toilet not being flushed and the other having urine on the floor.
I realize that the staff cannot constantly monitor the restroom, after all this is not a Buc-ee’s, but we were sitting and chatting and not once in 2.5 hours did a member of the staff go into the restroom to clean.
There was a time years ago that this happened on a regular basis and you could smell the bleach from the cleaner when you went in.
I realize that it’s an impossible task to have the restroom always clean, but it’s like they’re not even trying.
Customers need to be better, but so does the staff.

IM SORRY WATER ISNT FREE ANYMORE???

Dear Starbucks,

I don't know if youre aware, but SUMMER = HOT AF.
HOT AF = WE NEED WATER. I used to love and defend this company. I'd give my last 5 bucks for something that usually can only be explained as something magical. But not anymore. Im done. Ill be cashing in my stars, and im vowing never to spend another cent at any Starbucks as long as water isnt free. Thank you for being just as bad as the other corporate chains that charge for water. Let me guess, with all the employee walk outs, strikes, etc, you need SOMETHING to make sure youre not losing a dime. I hope you feel good about taking away free water. Karma will give you what you deserve
