I am quite disappointed and upset by what I witnessed today. The manager of the store was speaking to a new employee in a condescending and highly unprofessional manner. It’s not a good look for a manager. Mistakes happen, especially when you’re learning. This is unacceptable behavior from anyone and even more repugnant coming from a supervisor. Treat people with dignity and respect. Do better!
Also, the employee made my coffee perfectly and she was very polite, despite being embarrassed.
I visit this Dunkin often and always experience the same problem….. very disappointing !! I refuse to go there anymore. The management is an absolute joke! They could care less about customers. Natalie and the owner (Bruce) are negligent to caring for paying customers. The attitude at this location is nasty and disturbing. I have a pending case with the Dunkin corporate.
Clean and roomy Dunkin’ with plenty of seats if you want to sit and chat.
Service was fairly quick for a Sunday morning.
Love the apple cider donut. Wish they were permanent!!

Ordered food and coffees for delivery, both coffees were wrong and all the food I ordered was either burnt or cold. Every time I go to this specific Dunkin, the quality is awful. I'll definitely be going to a different Dunkin permanently.

Dunkin donuts is a great place to get a pumpkin spice latte! It's also a great place to get a breakfast sandwich or donut and Dunkin donuts are everywhere so if u past one there's no need to turn around because there's probably just another around the next corner lol
Parking: There is usually always plenty of parking and the lot is always free. U will never have to worry about paying for a Dunkin donuts parking lot spot!

went to this location and got an iced coffee with almond milk and butter pecan. Color was completely off and tasted like it had pumpkin swirl instead of butter pecan. Girl at the window was already rude and looked miserable. I went back through the drive-through 15 minutes later to return the coffee. The first question they asked was, did you even get this here? Second coffee has cream and sugar and butter pecan. Very disappointed as I cannot drink cream. horrible customer service handed me the coffee and shut the window with no apologies or thank yous.

Stop trying to pass off regular iced coffee as cold brew. It’s not that hard to get a coffe right especially seeing you guys were talking the whole time.
Very poor communication. Ordered a latte at drive thru and they had us pull over and wait for it, no explanation. Several minutes later i go inside to ask, turns out the machine is broken and they don’t know how long till it comes on. Finally does, but they don’t know how to use it, so i ask for a refund and tell them i need to get to work. They insist on making me a regular coffee and have to call the manager over to give me the “difference”, manager doesn’t even know how to use the register and wastes more of my time, then hands me a $1 from the Tip Jar. Why not just refund it at that point. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I go thru the drive thru and order a small black ice coffee with 2 EQUAL IN IT WELL its handed to Mr with another sticker on it woth 7 regular sugars in it. The 3 girls working jumping over the counters playing around at the seats in lobby steeping on them not caring. I went inside and I told them you can't do that I'm a diabetic and that could of done alot of harm to me! This is so uncalled for! No number to speak to manager never gave me a recite. I will be calling to speak to someone tomorrow about this matter. Please pay more attention you could of put me in the hospital!

The employees were completely disinterested in providing service. Didn't provide any napkins with order, when asked they said "We don't have any" in an irritated tone.
