Yet once AGAIN can't get a simple order right its like really? A bagel with cream cheese toasted. Awful. This is actually my second bad review however should be way more. Very missed managed and clearly training issues...?

Went through the drive-thru a few weeks ago, we use to love coming here and seeing the one lady who was always doing drive-thru! But apparently they got some new workers and one of the new girls who does the drive-thru is so rude to the point we will not be going back to this dunkins, I have never been treated that way in food service. I don't know if my order was complicated or she is doing the wrong career, but either way you are in food service so you have to deal with people and what they ask for. She is young...so I'm assuming she just doesnt want to have a job. Either way, its sad, I've had many people tell me she has an attitude always.

2nd time ordering this week and 2nd time I've gotten a cold hot coffee. Seems like this coffee may have been sitting out for awhile. Will not be visiting this location again.

I'm commenting because I saw a review about the manager and another worker was bullying another worker. And noticed no one follow up comment from the owners so it shows they don't care. I also eye witness the manager she was a Portuguese lady doing it as well and managers need to be checked nowadays to make sure they are not letting the manager's position power go to their head and they need to be reminded also that they are just workers too and the problem is most owners don't check there managers to make sure the manager position isn't going to there head
This dunkins is half and half one day you go in their friendly and helpful and your order is made just right.. but then you go the next day and it's no "goodmorning" or any sort of greeting and even can feel the distain for you as a customer even coming in and your food is made completely wrong and or cold when it's supposed to be hot or you ask for " less ice" in your coffee and they still load the cup full of ice which we all know means alot less coffee in the cup!! Most times they are great but be prepared for those times where they clearly arnt happy with their jobs and don't want to deal with you as a customer plain and simple, my suggestion is to ALWAYS double check your order before leaving because otherwise you may end up disappointed when you notice they never even put the flavor in your coffee or it's super burnt coffee as well as your food being wrong ect.
