If I could give zero stars I would I just waisted 13$ I asked for a bagel with cream cheese a power aid and a chocolate frosted donut…. I was given a powder donut and a bagel with barely any cream cheese Dunkin’s are known for over putting cream cheese there wasn’t even enough for half the bagel never going here again

Rude employee messed up my latte and insisted I drive around to have it fixed because she's on a timer. But when I pulled there were eight cars in the Drive-Thru line. I worked in fast food so I get the timer thing, But a six dollar latte should be made correctly. And it wasn't like I wanted them to remake the latte all I wanted was to order and pay for a small black coffee, so I could try and fix the latte myself (they added way too many pumps of sweetener). 😞 the standard for sweetener is three pumps why on Earth would I get 6 without requesting it?

I am a senior recovering from a surgery. I asked my son to get us some coffee and to use my senior discount. I am on a fixed income so every penny counts. I wanted to do something nice for him and his wife, but this location refused to give him the discount without me present, but I can't leave my bed. It would have been nice if they considered that he was asking for someone that isn't mobile.

I asked for a senior coffee and they told me they "can't." According to the owner she "can't." I own a business and discounts are at my discretion. I ordered 3 coffees and asked for a senior discount on one of the coffees and they said they "can't." I just want this store to understand that "can't" and "won't" are two different words. It's $1.65 so I hope you need it more than me YA BROKE BIZNITCH!

Let’s face it folks, the menu is the menu at Dunkin Donuts. The only difference between them is whether or not they have enough pride and respect to serve Fresh foods and NOT what’s been sitting around all morning. This DD had fresh and tasty food when I visited for my first time at this location. The atmosphere inside is comparable to all Dunkin Donuts Shops. I will certainly return when I visit the area again.
Parking: This DD is a lot easier to get in and out of than most of the others that I have personally experienced.
