Dunkin'

I have went to this Dunkin three times so far and all three times my order has been completely wrong. I’m highly allergic to eggs. They put egg on both of my sandwiches. One sandwich I asked for bacon and I got sausage. I asked for white cheddar they give me yellow every time I’ve went. It’s been somebody else’s order not mine and the customer service there is terrible!

I ordered 3 donuts. 1 of each of the new valentines donuts and a strawberry shortcake donut. They didn't even have to make anything!! Just put the donuts in the bag. So why after charging me for 3 specialty donuts do i get one heart donut and a regular vanilla iced one and a blueberry cake donut?? Went in and they gave me another heart one but still ripped me off on the strawberry cake donut. Lord how many brain cells does it take to put a donut in a bag?? Smh.

I recently purchased an iced coffee here using the dunkin mobile app considering I was in a hurry. I grabbed my order and left in a rush and drove away. Once I got to my destination, I tried the coffee and it was not what I ordered.
I came back to get a new coffee, and was told I had to pay for it again.
Never again!

The girls here are rude and disrespectful. So much so, my children said they don’t want to come back here. They are 5 & 7. They understand basic manners. When I called to speak with the manager Jess I was given an “ok” and then when I kept on, I was also given attitude. I’d rather continue going to my other local Dunkin on Metacom in Warren.

This is the best Dunkin in North America. The service is second to none and I have never had an issue here once as I go here multiple times a week. There is never a long line and the food and coffee is always made to perfection. Staff is extremely friendly. This specific Dunkin puts other ones to shame.
