Very disappointed tonight. My daughter's favorite restaurant and the Swansea location is horrible. First they refuse to exchange $1 for quarters for the Gumball machines in the lobby. Why even have them?? We had to ask for a kids menu and then my daughter wasn't given an activity set or fun spoon like the kid sitting next to us.. Then I ordered a kids meal as I have done for the past year and wasn't told there would be a problem until the bill came and noticed additional charges for what I believed to be included; drink and ice cream. When I questioned it the waitress said my manager said adults are charged for drinks and ice cream when they order kids meals. I told the manager I should have been told I could not order the kids meal or the items were additional and that would have been fine. I only ordered the kids meal because a waitress at that location had told me to because I was alway taking half my food home. I literally ordered the ice cream sundae off the kids menu and the waitress could have said it was not included in my meal and wouldbe an additional charge. The manager did not seem to care at all about our experience and just said it was policy and its always been this way... and it certainly has not. The icing on the cake was when I went to the counter to pay with my card instead of scanning the bar code on the receipt the waitress literally put my card, a pen and the 2 receipts on the counter and just walked away mumbling have a nice night.. really?? It definitely wasn't worth the $70.00 I spent for three of us to eat dinner.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Friendly's in Swansea, MA. We usually get a kids' meal for my wife, and at every other Friendly's location, the soda and ice cream are included. However, at this location, they charged us extra for it, never told us, which felt ridiculous then Asked for the manager, the manager is too busy to talk to customers...ok well then. My child who's autistic usually loves her trips to Friendly's today she is going home crying i'm literally writing this as I leave the disgrace of a restaurant. I'd put negative stars if I could.

Here's the food I asked 3 times if you wanted me to bring back. Never once answered. If asked a direct question 3 times answer it. I'm not eating it. Thank you for remaking it but order is still wrong and at this point I'm eating cold lunch. Thanks again, never coming back to this store. No one was looking for free food just for you to do a very simple job correctly.

We got seated quick, but sat for 20 minutes and no one came to even get our drink order. I could understand if they were busy, but there were only two other tables with customers.
Friendlys sounds like false advertising.
