So I ordered a 6$ meal and 2 burgers and they food was messed up I also didn’t get my ice cream cone. So I drive all the way back to the store and Zena the manager was very rude and wanted to take my food back THAT I PAID FOR and throw it away to give me new food. Taking food back once it touches customer hands is a major food safety violation I watched her rummage in my bag to check the food and the walk around a bag the new order without washing her hands. That’s nasty. When I said I was going to keep the food I pay for she said “oh no we’re not doing that” and gave me attitude. I get my new food and the fry’s are old and taste like crap and my burgers were wrong again. Very disappointed. And I waited for a while on top of it!

Tried to order make Mcvalue menu french fries. Guy behind the counter says he doesn't know what that is. It's clearly listed on their menu. Ordered regular fries, they were stale soggy, and disgusting. It's bad enough it cost almost $5 and no more $1 menu. Never again just go to Wendy's.

I'm here at this McDonald's right now I never seen the floor so discussing the back floor and the front floor there's no need for a nasty floor it literally takes 10 minutes to sweep up a floor the size of this McDonald's all the tables was filthy and that is due to a manager not knowing how to organize and run there team properly this is a failure on the manager for that shift we came in at 9:00 p.m. Sunday July 13th

Clean at times. Sometimes under staffed and that means a long wait to get food, especially ordering from kiosk.

Today I stopped by a McDonald’s because I had a simple question. I don’t usually go out of my way for McDonald’s toys or visit often, but the current toys are really cute, so I thought I’d ask if they were available for purchase separately from the meals. Either way — whether the answer was yes or no — I would’ve been fine. I don’t argue with company policies. If it’s not allowed, it’s not allowed.
What really bothered me, though, was the way the employee responded. Instead of a polite, “No, I’m sorry” or even a quick explanation about the policy, he sharply shouted “NO” at me with a deadpan stare. It felt unnecessarily aggressive, especially considering I approached the situation calmly and respectfully.
As someone who is neurodivergent myself, I understand that social cues can be difficult — but I would never speak to another person that way. If someone isn’t comfortable interacting with the public, they shouldn’t be in a position that requires frequent customer engagement. Politeness goes a long way, especially when people are choosing to spend money at your establishment. That kind of response doesn’t just affect a single visit — it affects how people view the entire brand.
He wasn’t the rudest person I’ve ever encountered, but the interaction was abrupt, uncomfortable, and left a bad impression. I just wanted to share this because experiences like this matter when it comes to building positive customer relationships — and a simple kind tone could have changed the whole interaction.
