This is the first time Iâve wanted to rate a McDonaldâs at more than five stars. Firstly, the young staff was very polite, cheerful, and accommodating. My cashier made a few recommendations that made sense and saved me money. They made a mistake on my âspecialty sandwichâ and when I politely took it back to the counter, another young person promptly apologized and promised to quickly correct it, which they quickly did. The manager himself brought the corrected order to my table. And perhaps the most surprising thing . . . All my food was actually hot. I almost never got my food hot at McDonaldâs. At best, itâs usually slightly warm. My fries, burgers, and chicken nuggets were piping hot. I almost didnât know McDonaldâs could do that (because they never do). Before leaving, my wife and I stopped at the counter, called the manager over and thanked him and his young staff for such fine service. I could tell the manager was a nice and positive guy, not because of how he treated me but because of how positive, joyful, and cooperative his kitchen seemed to be. My hats off to this staff! Out of 5 stars, 6!

Lady making my food was talking shit about how I ordered. As i.walked away get my drink they were still talking. Least wait till I leave. If you don't Luke dealing with customers don't work in customer service. As someone who does work as well in restaurant this is unacceptable and won't go back.

Ordered through the mobile app tonight, after already going to the other Swansea McDonaldâs and them telling me their frozen machine was down and not working. When I got there and up to the window, they told me they didnât have the flavor frozen drinks I had already paid for, so I asked for a refund. The manager proceeds to come out angrily asking for my physical card, I tell him I ordered through my phone and donât have the card on me, and he huffed and stormed away. When he came back he gave me a refund through Apple Pay, with extreme attitude, and only refunded one of the two large frozen drinks. Extremely disappointed in the service I experienced tonight and I wonât be coming back here.

Every now and then youâre bound to completely inedible food from this place and i just went to get 2doubles cheeseburgers plain and i kid you not not just one but both my burgers are wrapped poorly with all these juices and grease coming out the wrapper dripping on me the burger being absolutely saturated all over couldnât even tell you how it tasted as I didnât even bother to take a bite of it just a waste of time and money

The young man who took my order through the drive-through on Sunday 9/1 around 1pm was very unpleasant and rude. Then, when I opened my hamburger, it was a sloppy mess.
